For sale in our St. Louis showroom is a beautiful 3 owner 1951 Mercury Sports Sedan. The odometer reads just 68,856 miles, which is believed to be the actual mileage on the car. Options for this 1951 Mercury Sports Sedan include: AM/FM Radio with CD Player, CB Radio, Hub Caps, Vinyl Interior, and White Wall Radial Tires. A Flathead V8 engine powers this 51' Mercury, while an overdrive transmission 3-speed manual transfers the power to the pavement. The engine was rebuilt approximately 4,000 miles ago and runs great. The side pipes are there purely for looks, the dual glass pack exhaust however provides the solid sound for this Mercury. The black paint was applied 15 years ago, and features one base coat and one clear coat. The black and silver vinyl upholstery matches the overall build perfectly, and is good condition, free from any rips, tears, or major wear. This Mercury has been converted to a 12 volt system, and a CB radio has been added as well. A Fulton sun visor has been added, and provides and nice piece of 50's accessory flair.
