For sale in our St. Louis showroom is a beautiful 1929 Ford Model A Pickup. Between 1927-1931 Ford churned out nearly 5 million Model As. There were numerous body styles on the same platform and this is a unique one; a closed cab pickup with wooden bed sides rather than the more common steel sides. This would've been the F150 work horse of its day, but now it makes a great parade vehicle. The original 201 CID I4 is rated has been rebuilt and should propel you comfortably to 55 mph. This truck fires right up and shifts smoothly through all 3 gears. The truck has a beautiful two tone tan and black color scheme which looks great with the oak bed. The oak bed floor, sides, and stake sides are all new and beautifully finished. Adding to the reliability of this truck is the completely new wiring harness, and adding to the comfort is new rubber engine mounts. Nothing beats the charm of a wooden wheel with a white wall tire, and this truck has 6 of them to admire. Other stylistic touches include chrome grill, vinyl top, and rolling drum speedometer. If you're looking for a nice driving Model A that will turn heads at a show, on the road, or in a parade, this if your truck.
