For sale at Gateway Classic Cars in our St. Louis showroom is a 1932 Ford 3 window Deuce Coupe. This hot rod was very carefully built to be as accurate as possible to a hot rod from back int he good ole days, 1957 specifically. Going with the 1957 hot rod theme, the car is powered by a period correct Corvette 283. The stout 283 is backed by a 1939 Ford 3 speed manual transmission and a 1940 Ford rear end housing 4.10 gears. The frame is an original 1932 as is the metal gas tank and radiator shell. The body is from Outlaw and features an original firewall appearance. Topping the 283 is an original 1947 Cadillac air cleaner. The exhaust has been Jet Coated in black from the manifolds all the way back to the exhaust tips. The build looks as if the car was sent to us from the past via a time machine. Painted in a high gloss black with the red frame exposed and matched by the red steel wheels with chrome beauty rings and white wall tires(radials). The exposed engine bay also adds to the vintage hot rod theme. Don't be confused with builds of today. This one is no frills and all thrills. No A/C or power steering, this is a hot rod! It is also a proven show winner. It took Street Rodder Top 10 at Goodguys and received the Magnum Axle/ Real Hot Rod award from Goodguys. There's no question that the intended vintage hot rod theme was executed with precision. License plates shown on the car are not included. For sale in our Atlanta showroom is one spectacular 1932 Boydster II roadster featuring a top of the line Boyd Coddington design. This hot '32 Ford began life in the famous shop of Boyd Coddington when the previous owner purchased it as a rolling chassis equipped with the fiberglass Boydster 2 body. It was then shot in a brilliant silver, cobalt blue and then had vibrant green flames and pin striping applied to the car just in time to showcase at the 2010 SEMA show. Striking an excellent balance of old and new, this well executed Ford mixes the unique appeal of pre-war design with the monochromatic style of modern hot rod building. At the front of the car, bright headlights flank a slick billet grille that's capped by a body-matched frame. The massive silver fenders that cover the front tires are the main separation from the standard Boydster bodies. On the back of this 32 Ford a smooth trunk lid rides above a body width flush fitting LED tail lights and large single exhaust tip. Under the hood of this 32 Ford roadster you'll find a fresh LS-1 small block V8 crate engine from Street and Performance that's been designed for both performance and reliability. After tuning the small block V-8 crate motor she creates an estimated 400hp. At the front of that smooth engine, a reusable filter element shoots air into a multi-port fuel injection system through a reliable GM throttle body. Aesthetically, the engine continues the silver and green theme as the fuel rail covers feature the vibrant green flames. In front of the engine an aluminum radiator is responsible for cooling the powerful small block with the help of an electric puller fan. Underneath this incredible street rod is simply breathtaking. Put it on a lift and you'll find a complete Coddington chassis that's been fully boxed and decked in silver. Behind the car's sweet Chevy engine, a pushbutton 4L60E 4-speed automatic transmission sends power to a Boyd's Custom Jaguar style rear-end with 3.73 gears. Holding that stellar drivetrain off the ground is an impressive custom suspension which features 2024 billet aluminum spindles and chrome coil-over shocks. Turns are a cinch thanks to modern rack and pinion steering system that provides a tight radius and great wheel feel and stops come courtesy of the four-wheel disc brake system. Exhaust is polished stainless pipes which rumble through Magnaflow mufflers and funnel into a single exhaust tip. Finally, this 32 roadster sits on a nice set of 15" and 17" Boyd Coddington wheels which are wrapped in Goodyear Eagle tires. Simply put, not a detail was missed on the bottom of this fully sorted roadster, from the chrome driveshaft to the braided fuel and oil lines; everything serves a purpose and looks fantastic doing so. Inside this awesome 32 Ford you'll find a fully custom leather interior that was designed and installed by Bob Lyons of Brookville. There's modern, silver contoured seats which are firm, provide good support and look fantastic. At the sides of those seats, sculpted silver door panels feature large speakers that are as functional as they are stylish. In front of those seats, a body-matched dash continues the green flames seen throughout the rest of the car and it's here you'll see a small Classic Instruments instrument panel branded with the letters "Boyds". In between the two silver bucket seats, a classy console runs the length of the interior and seamlessly flows up the back scats. Centered in the console is the controls for the push button automatic transmission, and flip CD player. In front of the driver, a three-spoke steering wheel spins a color-keyed rim around a polished tilt steering column simply making this a one of a kind top end build!! Options on this one of a kind 32 Ford Roadster were: power steering, power brakes, leather, cd/radio, custom wheels, radial tires, and a kill switch. For sale in our Detroit showroom is a Henry Ford syledl 1932 Ford Model 18 Roadster with a Rumble Seat. This car not only incorporates the iconic design of the late 20's and early 30's but also has a blast-from-the-past rumble seat that is perfect for the little ones. By the late 1920's the Model T was becoming less competitive in the market with other manufacturers offering more modern conveniences at reasonable prices. The folks at Ford fought to get old Henry to produce something that was good looking and reliable but also more sturdy and easier to drive and thus the Model A was born. This styling would later become one of the most iconic cars of the 1930's, and allowed families to travel longer distances with more comfort. In 1932, Ford brought out a working-class V-8 and forever blurred the lines between factory performance, transportation and hot rods. This lightweight Wescott Body is paired to a potent Flathead V8 sports roughly 100 miles on a rebuild. For that reason alone, the '32 Ford would have earned its place as a performance archetype. Throw in some of the best styling to leave Dearborn in the prewar era and you have the makings of possibly the most sought-after mass-produced interwar car. Luckily, by the time the Model A came around, you could have it in any color you like. This particular roadster comes in Washington Blue, which is paired perfectly with the dark Brown interior. The interior provides comfort you can expect from a newly upholstered bench seat with a rumble seat that looks just as nice. If you are looking for a real steel Model A that retains a large part of its originality and great drivability, then this is the Model A for you. To view this vehicle in greater detail including 125HD pictures and video, visit www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Thank you for your interest in this unique 1927 Ford T-Bucket Roadster. This classic Ford is turn key and ready to fly down the street. This 1927 T-Bucket is very fun to drive and always turns heads. The Ford Model T was extremely popular and helped to put America on the road and the millions that were sold meant there was no shortage of small roadster bodies available for customization ever since the 1920’s. In the 1950’s the T-Bucket was named by Norm Grabowski and appeared in the show 77 Sunset Strip. An Icon was established that continues to live on amongst hot-rodders today. Titled as a 1927 Ford, this T-Bucket really stands out in the crowd with its black paint and hotrod blue flames. The brown vinyl interior and wood grain dash really add the finishing touch to this T-Bucket. This T-Bucket is a thrill to drive with a classic 350 Cubic Inch V8 that is fed by 2 Holley 4bbl carburetor and even has a new Holley Red fuel pump. Power is delivered to a 3-speed automatic transmission running back to a Jag rear end. This T-Bucket is finished very well including all disc brakes and Big Ol Mickey Thompson tires. Available now in our DFW Showroom is this impressive 1967 Ford Galaxie! Period advertisements boasted that the Ford Galaxie 500 was quieter than a Rolls-Royce, which was their way of boasting about how well the engineers had done in isolating the new frame from the new body. The reasons for this were practical enough, it was the first year since 1956 that the Ford and Mercury full-sized cars again shared their essential architecture, basic frame and basic body structures (with variations), in a bid to increase profitability. The 1967 version of the Galaxie was reskinned, which produced new two-door hardtop/fastback rooflines. The LTD variant now shared the two-door roofline, but the rear side glass shape was altered for a more formal appearance, and technically speaking, LTD became a series of its own this year. This Ford Galaxie underwent a full restoration in 2008, at this time the motor was rebuilt along with the transmission too. The black and red interior, including matching dash, really stands out. Especially with the word “Galaxie” stitched on both the passenger and driver side bench seat and “Ford” in the backseat. It is also equipped with a set of Boston-acoustic speakers. Which can really help you hear the tunes as you’re flying around in this vehicle, windows down and wind in your hair. What is it that’s creating that wind? No folks, that’s not just a 390 decal on the side, that’s what this bad boy comes with, a rebuilt 390CID-315HP 4BBL, with a 4-speed manual transmission. No question, it was made to get you where you’re going in a hurry. Finally, all this is riding around on a quality set of American Racing Wheels.
