For sale at Gateway Classic Cars in our St. Louis showroom is a 1968 Chevrolet Nova. This beautiful Nova has a lot going for it. Big power comes from a large displacement small block, 406 cubes! It sounds so good! Tuned Hooker Headers and 3 inch Flow Master mufflers make for a great rumble. Helping make good power comes from a set of Weiand Heads, roller rockers and a Weiand single plane intake manifold with a Holley 770 Street Avenger carburetor. This built engine is sending power through a stout TH 400 automatic transmission and back to a 10 bolt rear end housing an Eaton posi carrier with 3.08:1 rear gears for hitting the open road. Slowing things down is no trouble thanks to four wheel disc brakes and modern high performance rubber. The car was totally disassembled and stripped to bare metal. The paint is slick and Hugger Orange. Breaking up a bit of the orange is a set of dark gray SS stripes and gray 17 inch Coys aluminum wheels. The ride height is just right thanks to 2 inch dropped spindles. It has all new weather stripping, door seals, new bumpers, and a nonfunctional cowl hood.
1968 was a big year for the Chevy II Nova. In 1968 and previous years, Nova was a sub model given to hardtop Chevy II’s lacking the “B” pillar. In 1969 all will be Novas and Chevy II dropped all together. 1968 was a major redesign and became a very popular car for the muscle car scene. Yenko even threw his name on a few called the Yenko Nova Deuce. The Yenko Nova Deuce cars bring big money, but we’re betting that you can have just as much fun for a fraction of the price with this sweetie. A few noteworthy details for this Hugger Orange Nova include, Hot Rod air conditioning and heat, aluminum radiator, transmission cooler, new fuel tank and sending unit, a new custom gauge cluster fitted with Auto Meter gauges, recent carpet, side panels, package tray headliner and seat covers. The dash pad is original and in good condition. This 68' Nova is ready for a new owner to enjoy it at local shows and cruises for years to come. Gateway Classic Cars of Tampa is proud to offer one of the coolest muscle cars – The 1966 Chevrolet Nova SS. One of the toughest little overachievers ever to harass traditional midsize muscle cars was the 1966 Chevrolet Nova SS. Never a style leader, this compact car was for the serious enthusiast who wanted to go fast on a budget and still have a lightweight cruiser. These Nova's are the guerrilla fighters of the muscle jungle. A low profile and a high power-to-weight ratio is the secret. This Super Sport edition for sale has extra chrome, blackout trim details, and small SS emblems. However, the Nova SS by no means shouts "hot car." Hooked to an automatic turbo 350 and a 350 Chevy motor, this little deuce coupe has no problem catching the big-cube glamour boys sleeping at the lights. The Chevy Nova for sale still retains a stout power plant. Options on the lean, mean SS Nova include AM/FM/Cassette/CD Radio, Seat Belts, Vinyl Interior and Radial Tires. This 1966 Chevrolet Nova SS is for sale in our Tampa Showroom and can be viewed in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Now for sale in our Houston showroom, Gateway Classic Cars of Houston is pleased to present this custom-built 1969 Chevrolet Nova race car. Bathed in the well-known performance shade of Hugger Orange, this Nova is turn-key ready for the track. This car was built by Pyle Brothers in Baytown, TX, and the professional build quality is evident. From the full tubular chassis and integrated roll cage, one can easily spot a purpose-built drag car. Sporting a huge snorkel hood scoop, Strange Engineering high-torque axles, and Strange Engineering braking (multipiece slotted and drilled rotors front and rear, Strange multi-piston calipers front and rear), multi-piece Weld Drag wheels at all four corners, M/T skinnies up front, M/T 33x15.0x15 slicks out back, and wheelie bars, this car says "race-only baby!", even from a distance. Under the hood is a massive 490 CID big block Chevy V8 (built by Houston Engine and Balancing), sporting Dart heads and valve covers, an Edelbrock high-rise aluminum manifold, Holley race carb, and a gigantic deep sump oil pan. Uncapped race headers help route the spent combustion mix, which they do very effectively, and with tremendous sound and fury. Twin electric fans keep the radiator temp in check, and the electric water pump keeps the coolant flowing with no loss of power or cooling efficiency. A competition-prepped GM Powerglide 2-speed automatic handles the single gear change from tree to the finish line, and it'll take everything that 490 CID V8 can dish out, plus more. A full competition-approved fuel cell and the trunk-mounted Optima battery are easy to get to by removing the Dzus-fastened trunk, and more Dzus fasteners allow easy access to key driveline components normally covered by the floor pan. Out back, a Ford 9-inch rear end serves as part of a fully adjustable multi-link rear suspension with Drag Coil-over shocks and wheelie bar serve to keep the rear end planted and the front end out of the sky at launch. Inside, the driver has all controls within easy reach, and fingertip controls make it easy, with the Painless wiring setup and control panel being reachable even when the driver is fully belted into the Kirkey racing bucket with the massive Simpson race harness. This back-halved car is ready to hit the strip with no excuses, and is ready for the pit crew between passes, with its abundant Dzus fasteners providing easy on/off of hood and trunk. The chassis and cage are 2016 NHRA certified, with certification number A710909, for 8.50 and slower ET vehicles. A full set of gauges help the driver keep track of critical functions, and a removable steering wheel helps for easier ingress/egress before and after your hot passes. For night racing at the track, you'll like the fact that the headlights, taillights, and brake lights all work. If you're looking for a turn-key 9 second drag car, this is the one you want. This is a race only vehicle and does not come with a title. If you like low E.T.'s this is a great starting point. For more information on this 1969 Chevrolet Nova race car for sale, please call the Houston showroom at (832) 243-6220; or email us at "Houston@GatewayClassicCars.com". Jump in, lean back, buckel yourself in, and take a deep breath as Gateway Classic Cars of Tampa presents this “Pro Street” 1967 Chevrolet Nova. This is a high-performance muscle car at its finest. Look at the aggressive stance this “Bad to the Bone” monster presents. With “skinnies” up front and monstrous tires in the back, it’s not hard to tell this Nova means business. If that’s not enough, peek into the outer-space-deep black paint and you will quickly realize that you’re not dreaming as you see your reflection in the mirror-like finish. Look at the chrome air cleaners peeking through the cowl hood. If you still think this car is all show, raise the hood; nothing says “GO” more than a big block V8 Chevy. This isn’t a stock big block. What you are looking at is a 496 with Edlebrock aluminum heads. This motor doesn’t just say “GO,” it says “I Go Blistering Fast,” and that is before you turn the key. Hop inside and you will find deluxe, black bucket vinyl interior in excellent condition. One turn of the key and this “BEAST” awakens. Your heart will start to pump, adrenaline start to race, and you may even feel butterflies in your stomach; however, you will feel more alive than you ever have. The best part of this “Pro Street” build is the back seat was retained, so you can take the entire family for a cruise. You have all the necessary gauges in sight to monitor the fuel, water temperature, volts, oil pressure, and of course, a monster tach to view your RPM’s. Options include Power Steering, Power Disc Brakes, AM/FM Radio, Seat Belts, Aluminum/Alloy Wheels, Fuel Cell, and Kill Switch. You can take this ‘67 Nova coupe to the track or cruise it around town, either way you will be the person everyone remembers in that “Nasty black 1967 Pro Street Nova”. The only thing quicker than this Nova is how fast it will sell. Don’t get left in the dust. Wake up tomorrow saying, “I’m the proud owner of this Monster,” rather than, “I should have called when I saw it.” This 1967 Chevrolet Nova is for sale in our Tampa Showroom and can be viewed in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Milwaukee features a beautiful 1971 Chevrolet Nova in Harvest gold with black interior. It features Power steering, power brakes, and a mild cam with hurst linkage and a tach. The bold 350ci motor roars as you push thru the 4 speed trans. 1971 Novas were similar to the previous year. The 396 cu in (6.49 L) engine was replaced with the 350 cu in (5.7 L) in the SS model. 1971 also saw the introduction of the Rally Nova, a trim level that only lasted two years (until it resurfaced in 1977). The Rally kit included black or white stripes that ran the length of the car and around the back, a Rally Nova sticker on the driver's side of the hood, Rally wheels, multi-leaf rear springs, and a "sport" body colored driver's side mirror that was adjustable from the interior. The well-hyped Vega stole sales from the Nova this year, but the compact soon would enjoy a resurgence of popularity that would last deep into the 1970s. A mid year production change was the front door hinges spot welded to the A pillar and the door shell, This vehicle is located in our Milwaukee showroom. Engine: 450 small blockTransmission: TH-350Mileage: 9,268 ( undocumented )
For sale at Gateway Classic Cars in our St. Louis showroom is a 1970 Chevrolet Nova. This Nova is way meaner than one may think. Power for this bad machine comes from 450 cubic inch small block using an aftermarket "Rocket" block. This special block allows for a bit more displacement without sacrificing the blocks integrity. The go fast goodies inside include a full solid roller valve train, Manley connecting rods, 10.5:1 JE Pistons, Quick Fuel carburetor and AFR aluminum high flow cylinder heads to name a few. Power is estimated in the 600 horsepower range. Firing up this amazing power plant will impress any gear head. Many would think that an engine with such power and menacing sound would be a difficult one to drive. Believe it or not, this one is very well mannered. The rear end is a Ford 9 inch and is equipped with 3.00:1 gear set for easy highway use. Since the drivetrain build, the car has covered a modest 1,000 miles and is ready for more use and enjoyment. Slowing down such a machine means that drums won't do the job anymore. In place is a new pair of Wilwood front disc brakes while drums remain out back, but still doing their job. Weld Racing wheels look right at home on this Nova as does the Green on Green paint scheme. Adding a little flair to the exterior in addition to the wheels is a set mild stripes that barley show themselves. You may even call them ghost stripes. Inside is stock Nova with exception of the aftermarket gauges. The original bench seat is quite comfy and looks really good. Someone could very easily swap them out for a pair of buckets if they so desired. For more information on this 1970 Chevrolet Nova, call 618-271-3000 or swing by our St. Louis showroom. In our Milwaukee showroom, we are proud to present this absolutely stunning 1966 Chevrolet Nova. This is one of the most sought-after Nova’s made. The body style for this Nova was only a two-year run. 1967 marked the last year of the shoebox Nova style. In 1968, Chevrolet would turn to a more rounded slant back body style. This is the type of Muscle Car one dreams about. The metallic Punaluu Stone paint just grabs your attention, while the almost all new chrome gleams accenting the aggressive Nova look these cars are known for. When you look inside, you will notice redone interior, including the new headliner. Sporting the bucket seats, your eyes are drawn to the new 4-speed Hurst shifter. Yes, you read correctly, 4-speed. The Muncie 4-speed manual transmission is the staple of any “true” muscle car. Now to the most important part of any muscle car. What’s under the hood? What else would be under the hood other than a 327 cid small block. Options include AM/FM Radio Spare Tire and Jack, Seat Belts, Vinyl Interior, Power Brakes, Radial Tires, Dual Mirrors, new Dual Exhaust, and a Cowl Hood. This beautiful 1966 Chevy Nova is for sale in our Milwaukee Showroom and can be seen at www.GatewayClassicCars.com; call (262) 891-4253 or email us at email@example.com for additional information.

Now for sale in our Houston showroom is an awesome 1972 Chevy Camaro. This well-equipped Camaro is wrapped in an Emerald Metallic and has a black interior with high back buckets that are plenty comfortable. At first glance, this nostalgic second gen Camaro has a menacing stance and the stout 350 CID V8 does an excellent job of moving this Camaro’s weight around. With only about 1000 miles on the 350 since it was built, it should have plenty of life left in it! This 350 comes with a mild performance cam, 4BBL carb, long tube headers, and tall Chevrolet-etched aluminum valve covers. Spark is enhanced by the MSD6AL ignition. To keep the healthy V8 in the cool zone, a big Champion Cooling Products aluminum radiator (with a built-in trans cooler) has been installed, along with twin electric fans. Fire it up, and the mighty mouse produces a throaty rumble through its Flowmaster-equipped dual exhaust. Backing the rumbling 350 is a 3-speed automatic transmission controlled by a staple shifter, and a set of SunPro gauges help the driver keep tabs on critical engine functions.
