The year is 1989 cruising down the highway in your brand new IROC Convertible, Motley Crue’s new album “Dr. Feel-good” screaming from your speakers, wind in your hair, Fuzz buster (radar detector) showing all clear, to the floor goes the gas pedal as that Chevy V8 pulls you to triple digit speeds. Live those years again with this INCREDIBLE IROC CAMARO convertible.
General Motors produced this series of Camaro, commonly referred to as the F-body platform, from 1982 thru 1992. This 3rd generation Camaro convertible has been tastefully modified and is ready to hit the road in style! With just around 10,000 on a rebuilt drive train that has been upgraded to a 350 cubic inch GM Performance crate engine rated at 350HP and 380 ft./lbs. of torque and a TCI Street Fighter 700R4 transmission. This transmission is running a very streetable P&I 3000 stall converter and is held in place with poly mounts. Putting the power to the ground is a built up rear end that has had an Eaton posi-trac installed with 3.42:1 gears an dis held in place with a set of billet control arms and a Pro panhard rod. This drive train runs and drives well and is a huge step above stock! The body is clean and straight with a recent custom two-tone paint job that shows well and separates it from the rest of the crowd. The suspension has been lowered a subtle 1 ½” giving it a sleeker look and fits nicely with the set of 5-spoke wheels. Subframe connectors stiffen up the convertible body and make it handle much better. As you get behind the wheel and cruise, the ride is firm but not too stiff and hugs the corners well. This car turns most heads that it passes with the clean custom look and the sounds that is released through the ceramic Edelbrock headers, the super flow catalytic converters, and out of the Dynomax turbo mufflers. Engine: 355 V8Transmission: 700R4 4 Speed AutomaticMileage: 18,500 ( undocumented )
For sale in our St. Louis showroom is an iconic 1986 Chevrolet Camaro IROC-Z. The original engine has been balanced, blue printed, bored cylinders and a Comp Cam camshaft, and is now a 355 Cubic Inch V8. No harm done there, as the original set up only produced about 220 horsepower on a good day, it now produces about 330 horsepower. Just under 2,000 miles have been put on the engine since the rebuild was complete. A 700R4 4 speed automatic transmission transfers the horses to the rear end, and to the pavement. This 1986 Camaro IROC-Z was sanded a primed before it received a new coat of the beautiful Victory Red paint, and silver and black striping at the bottom edge of the car. The iconic IROC-Z lettering adorn the bottom of each door. The red cloth interior is in good condition, and shows very well. The third generation Camaro debuted in the fall of 1981 for the 1982 model year. Nearly every part of the third generation was redesigned. The main focus was to drop weight, Chevrolet succeeded in that goal shedding over 500 pounds from the previous model. The IROC package was introduced in 1985, it was an option available off the standard Z28 package. IROC or International Race Of Champions comes from a best of the best style racing series in which top drivers from all walks of racing (NASCAR, Indy, Formula One, etc.) competed against one another for the title of best driver in the world. The IROC-Z package included a number of upgrades: 16" X 8" aluminum/alloy wheels with Z-rated Goodyear Gatorback tires, a lower ride height featuring upgraded front struts, Delco-Bilstein rear shock absorbers and increased spring rates, a Wonderbar or front frame-rail stiffener, and a larger rear stabilizer bar. Cosmetically the IROC-Z received a new grill, body covered ground effects, and the iconic IROC-Z decals on each door. New for the 1985 Camaro was an upgraded 7 5/8 inch rear end from the 7.5 inch rear end of previous years. The IROC package included a G92 performance axle as well. The odometer reads 18,500, which has rolled over one time, and the car is believed to have 118,500 on it. Options for this 1985 Chevrolet Camaro IROC-Z include: Air Conditioning (inoperable), AM/FM Radio with Cassette Player, Cruise Control, Power Brakes, Power Steering, Tilt Wheel, Seat Belts, Cloth Interior, Radial Tires, and Aluminum/Alloy Wheels. The Camaro IROC-Z is one of the most iconic cars from the 1980's, and some believe one of a few collectible cars from that generation as well. This is a great example of an IROC that you can buy, drive, and enjoy with a big grin on your face the entire time. On May 30th, 1993, the 77th Indianapolis 500 was held to a packed audience of over 300,000 spectators. Brazilian driver Emerson Fittipaldi took the lead with 16 laps to go, and won his second career Indy 500 victory. Leading the pack before the flying of the green flag and keeping the 220 mile per hour monsters at bay, was the 1993 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 Pace Car. The track and the Camaro have long histories together, and 1993 was a big year for the two. It was the first car to have the distinction of being used four times as the pace car. Also, the track had major renovations done for the 1993 race, and 93’ was the first year of the boldly redesigned 4th Generation Camaro. In sharp contrast to the 3rd gen it featured smooth body lines and a modern driving feel. When it lead the pack of race cars in the brickyard, it too looked like a proper racer with its LT-1 V8 producing 275Hp, 16 Inch Alloy Wheels and striking black and white paint. Top that off with the wild colored stripes and the car is a true 90’s head turner. It may look like a race car, but it still has creature comforts like AC/Heat, 4-Speed auto transmission, 4-wheel power assist ABS disk brakes, Bose AM/FM CD Stereo, and removable roof panels. This particular car is #528 of 645 Camaro tribute Pace Cars and is a real 90’s gem. All original parts, interior is vibrant in color and pattern; showroom new with no tears. The engine, underbody, and body are factory-fresh and that all adds up as this car was never sent out in poor weather and has very low miles at only 5,901 Miles on the clock. If you are ready to own this rare throwback to the 90’s Camaro you can see it in our Milwaukee showroom. Also you can view this 1993 Chevrolet Camaro in greater detail including HD pictures and an HD video of it running and driving at Gatewayclassiccars.com. If you are interested in purchasing this vehicle or have more questions regarding it please call us at (262)-891-4253 or email us at Milwaukee@gatewayclassiccars.com.

Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is delighted to present this 1982 Chevrolet C-10 for sale right now in our Arizona showroom. This is a documented Arizona truck that the owner purchased back in 2004 and had totally redone to its current condition today, which is arguably better than when it was originally sold! The truck was sand-blasted and professionally repainted in its dark silver color with black on the hood scoop. It has all new chrome and LED lights have been installed along with new mirrors and windows. The powertrain on this truck has been vastly improved; this Chevy has a 350 CID Crate Motor tied to a 5-speed Tremek manual transmission that has recently been fitted with a new clutch, pressure plate and throwout bearing. Inside the regular cab, it is clear that no expense has been spared: new panels were installed, the seats have been re-wrapped, a new radio and speakers were fitted and all windows have been tinted. The center console with cupholders and storage space makes this truck feel a lot newer than it is and the fully functioning AC will keep you cool while you cruise around town in this hot ride. This is the best example of an early 80’s C-10 I have ever set my eyes on and it is an absolute joy to drive. The mounted tach on the hood keeps you firmly in ‘race mode’ whether you’re hauling wood for your neighbor or hitting the country roads for a Sunday blast. Options on this classic pickup include: Air Conditioning, Power Steering, Leather Interior, Aluminum/Alloy Wheels and Red-Striped Radial Tires. The bed is lined with a black tonneau cover that looks right at home with this excellent build. You will have a lot of fun in this truck and it is built to last: there are only 10,000 miles on the new motor and that leaves plenty of life for its new owner to enjoy. Please call our helpful and knowledgeable sales team for more information about this 1982 Chevrolet C-10 for sale at (623) 900-4884 or shoot us an email directly at email@example.com

You my however choose to keep this one ON road, given the mileage is quite low at only 14,243 original miles. That’s right, less than 15,000 miles on this beaut. It wears Light Camel Metallic on the exterior, and matching Camel interior; both of which look almost new. This truck has clearly been well cared for and had an easy life. Most trucks from this era have either rusted to pieces or been used and abused. It’s nice to see such a well preserved example which can be enjoyed for many years to come. You can see this awesome 1980 Chevrolet Blazer in greater detail in our St. Louis showroom or at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Please contact 618-271-3000 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
