1973 Chevrolet Camaro LSX

1973 Chevrolet Camaro LSX

Engine: 6.0L Fuel Injected LS2 V8
Transmission: Tremec TKO 600 5 Speed Manual
Mileage: 1,260 ( since rebuilt )

For sale in our Dallas/Fort Worth showroom is this knockout restomod 1973 Chevrolet Camaro. A little over 3 years ago, this car was pulled from a barn and became the subject of a full frame off restoration and modification, with a major emphasis on the modification. The most obvious modifications are the custom wide body kit that allows this 2nd Gen Camaro to tuck 335 cross section tires out back, and 315s up front wrapped around custom E/T wheels. Of course, big sticky tires are only as good as the suspension holding everything else in place. That is why there is Detroit Speed suspension in the front and back to hold everything else in place. To handle bringing things to a quick halt, we have a full Willwood brake system, including 6 piston front and 4 piston rear brake calipers. You are going to need those brakes too, as this car’s real party trick lies under the carbon fiber hood. There you will find a fire spitting 6.0L LS motor that has been stroked with new rods and pistons, dart heads, and dyno tuned to make 427hp and 427 lb-ft. of torque. Those massive tires are starting to make some more sense. Backing up that fuel injected beast is a Tremec TKO 600 5 Speed manual, spinning 390 Truetrac gears in a Ford 9” rear end. Inside, you could call this car a mullet, as it is all business in the front, with the party coming from two 10” kicker subwoofers in a custom enclosure that has replaced the rear seat. Upfront is all business, with Cipher race bucket seats and 4 point harnesses, as well as a half cage painted to match. Other great little touches include a carbon fiber spoiler and trunk lid, kindigit door handles, A/C, power steering, and keyless ignition. Get yourself in this Camaro and go! 1962 Chevrolet Corvette

1962 Chevrolet Corvette

Engine: 327 CID V8
Transmission: 4- Speed Manual
Mileage: 175 ( undocumented )

Now for sale in our Houston showroom is this numbers-matching 1962 Chevrolet C-1 Corvette. The final year of the first generation Corvette, this car is adorned with options that would be found on the last of a decade-long body style, including: a wraparound windshield, solid rear axle, and convertible-only body style. The exposed headlamps and trunk lid did not re-appear for many decades. The Corvette line was born in 1953 as a concept entry into the New York Auto Show, known as the Motorama. The response was so great it prompted General Motors to begin limited production for the 1953 model year which launched a legend. This '62 Corvette for sale comes from the same pedigree, and is ready to show and go! Moving this beauty down the road is a classic 327 CID small-block Chevy V8 engine that had a rebuild roughly 500 miles ago. This car runs like a champ and is great for weekend cruises. Rated at 300 horsepower, this Corvette was built for even the most eager thrill seekers. The power plant is coupled with an optional four-speed manual transmission, which offers you the maximum adrenaline rush. Simply put, there is nothing quite like the feeling of motoring along the highways and byways of America in a true American legend. Top down, radio on, exhaust rumbling, and passersby giving you a double-take as you’re hustling her through the twisties. Nestled into a cockpit-inspired cabin with aviation-style instrumentation and wrap around bucket seats, one can truly feel why this car has become the living legend it is. The beige vinyl sport buckets straddle the shifter snugly, begging you to slip in and run through the gears! With an exterior that’s just as sharp as the interior, it’s hard to go wrong with this 1962 Corvette convertible for sale. The classic styling of this C-1 Corvette was a perfect example of the new trend in American styling. The Wineberry Red paint on this C-1 'Vette hugs every sexy curve of this old school cruiser. The raised front and rear fenders makes for a very muscular stance, low to the ground, and very aggressive. The quad headlights and the blacked-out anodized grill completed the concept that had, at that time, taken America by storm. Options on this 1962 Chevy Corvette for sale, include: AM radio, manual convertible top, hard top, seat belts, vinyl interior, and steel wheels with hub caps wrapped in whitewall radial tires. This 1962 C-1 Corvette for sale at our Houston location is an amazing opportunity to own and enjoy one of the true great American sports cars of all time. This car will get up and go. Can you imagine it in your garage? For more info on this nifty C-1 'Vette, please call the Houston showroom at (832) 243-6220; or email us at "Houston@GatewayClassicCars.com". 2009 Chevrolet Corvette

2009 Chevrolet Corvette

Engine: 6.2L V8 F OHV 16V
Transmission: 6 Speed Manual
Mileage: 37,956 ( actual )

Gateway Classic Cars of Dallas is proud to offer a 2009 Chevrolet Corvette. Corvettes have been the performance flagship for General Motors since their introduction in 1953. Years later, the Corvette has gotten leaner, lower, sleeker, and a heck of a lot faster. This ’09 comes from the C6 generation and sports the powerful 6.2 Liter LS3 V8 under the hood which is good for a reliable 430 horsepower. C6 buyers had their choice of an automatic, or a 6 speed manual transmission, and this one has the stick. What a fun car to drive: a thumping V8 up front, a 6 speed in the middle, and an independent rear suspension to keep the power on the ground. This is a true driver’s car and still hangs with brand new cars despite being nearly 10 years old. This particular Vette has the Z51 package which fine tunes the suspension even more with stiffer springs, upgraded shocks, upgraded anti-roll bars, and larger brakes with cross drilled rotors. Equipped with the NPP Performance Exhaust, this vette's exhaust goes from mild to wild when you put your foot down! With such an awesome set up, it’s a surprise this car has only 37,956 miles since new. The car is Arctic White which is rather rare; only 863 were painted this color in ’09. The interior features black leather, with plenty of power goodies. Whether you want a car ready for track duty, a Corvette to ad to your collection, or just an awesome daily driver, this 2009 Corvette is a great option. You can see this car in greater detail in our Dallas showroom or at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Please contact 817-310-9400 or dallas@gatewayclassiccars.com with inquires.
