These little beasts were cloned after the Ford Ranger of its time to compete with the mid-sized SUV craze. Under the hood of this one is a 2.8 L Cologne V6 that pushes out roughly 160 bhp. This little engine has then been linked up to a smooth shifting 5 speed manual transmission. Small SUV has also been equipped with 4 wheel drive high, low and 2 wheel high. Giving you the ability to take it off road and still be enjoyable driving around town. From there we head into the Bronco’s interior that is all original blue cloth interior with lumbar support seats. The dash has been trimmed in a matching blue that looks like it came straight out of the 80’s. The exterior has been painted in a white with blue trim with diamond plated side steps.

1957 Ford Thunderbird

1957 Ford Thunderbird

Engine: V8
Transmission: 2 Speed Automatic
Mileage: 51,210 ( undocumented )

Gateway Classic Cars of Las Vegas is proud to present this 1957 Thunderbird that is for sale in our Las Vegas Showroom. The Thunderbird entered production for the 1955 model year as a sporty two-seat convertible. Unlike the Chevrolet Corvette, it was not marketed as a sports car. Ford positioned the Thunderbird as an upscale model and is credited in developing a new market segment, the personal luxury car. Though sharing some design characteristics with other Fords of the time, such as single, circular headlamps and tail lamps and modest tailfins, the Thunderbird was sleeker and more athletic in shape, and had features like a hood scoop and a 150 mph (240 km/h) speedometer hinting a higher performance nature that other Fords didn't possess. Mechanically though, the Thunderbird could trace its roots to other mainstream Fords. The Thunderbird's 102.0 inches wheelbase frame was mostly a shortened version of that used in other Fords. This car has been repainted a number of years ago but still looks great. It has a power seat, Town & Country seeking radio, and muffler just replaced. This 1957 Ford Thunderbird is for sale in our Las Vegas Showroom and can be seen great detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. For additional information please call our knowledgeable staff at (702) 830-9215 or email us at LasVegas@GatewayClassicCars.com. If you would like to see it in person, come to our Las Vegas Showroom, located at 6580 S Lindell Road Suite 300, Las Vegas, NV 89118.
