Engine: 350 CID V8Transmission: 400 TurboMileage: 3,627 ( undocumented )
This 1979 Chevrolet C10 is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. The C series line of trucks was extremely successful for the GM company. Though they had multiple revisions throughout its 40-year run the full-size series was one of the longest running lines in auto history. The 80’s seen a huge increase in the amount of people customizing these trucks. The mentality that a truck was just simply used for work was a thing of the past. This example has that old school custom look with the black paint showing extremely well. The Graphics on the side help to break up the paint while enhancing the step-side bed. The louvers on the hood are something that you don’t see much of anymore with many considering a lost art form. The mag wheels are in extremely clean condition with the fronts being 225/70/15’s and the rears having a much wider 295/50/15 giving the truck that aggressive look. Under the hood is a very healthy 350 small block that has plenty of power to get this American Classic down the road. The Edelbrock intake allows for more power through the mid and higher RPM range. The 12-bolt Posi Rear end has a set of 3.73 gears giving the perfect mix of down low power and high-end speed allowing for some highway cruising. The interior of the cab is clean and rather comfortable with the springs giving just the right amount of support. The headliner is custom with it having some custom molds and then covered with the matching soft cloth material. If you have been wanting a unique vehicle that is a blast to drive this great driving truck is exactly what you need. Options on this 1979 Chevy C10 include; AM/FM/Cassette, Cloth Interior, Seat Belts, Mag Wheels and Radial Tires. To view this 1979 Chevrolet C10, including an HD video, at www.gatewayclassiccars.com. Gateway Classic Cars of Ft Lauderdale is proud to offer this LS1 powered 1979 Chevrolet Camaro Z28. The odometer reads 2795, which represents the mileage on the car since the build was complete. Options for this 1979 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 include: Air Conditioning, AM/FM Radio with CD Player, T-Tops, Power Brakes, Power Steering, Power Locks, Power Windows, Tilt Wheel, Seat Belts, Cloth Interior, Radial Tires, and Aluminum/Alloy Wheels. The LS1 V8 engine was donated from a 2002 Trans Am, and has roughly 27,000 miles on it. Inside the engine bay you will find polished pulleys, a few chrome accents, and a set of gorgeous headers. A 4L60E automatic transmission transfers the power from the LS1 to an Auburn rear end that houses 3.73 Posi-Trac gears. Power disc brakes with slotted rotors adorn all four corners, and Hotchkis suspension goodies are present in the front and rear, all come together to help this 79' Z28 perform like a late model muscle car. The Nassau Blue exterior paint was an excellent color choice, and it looks absolutely stunning next to the Z28 graphics and black T-Tops. ZR1 Corvette styled aluminum/alloy wheels are wrapped in radial tires, and provide an excellent look to the build. The dark gray cloth interior looks like new, with very little signs of usage. The gauge cluster is custom and features race inspired, white faced gauges. This 79' Camaro has been setup for a Pro Touring trip, and will not disappoint. All the modern amenities of a late model car with the classic look of a late 70's ride. She is ready to have the T-Tops pulled off and head down the road for a long ride with the wind in your hair. Engine: 6.2L LS3 V8Transmission: 5 Speed ManualMileage: 11,080 ( undocumented )
Do you want the timeless classic looks of a C3 Corvette but need it to perform and have the reliability of a brand-new street rod? If you answered YES then this 1979 Chevrolet Corvette dressed in a beautiful dark blue paint is well worth your time to consider adding to your collection or just being driven and enjoyed like it’s ment to be. Looking at the exterior of this car it has been meticulously cared for and maintained to retain its original glory. The aftermarket American Racing wheels are the only part that gives a hint to the many years of work that have been spent upgrading and improving on the overall performance and quality of drivability this car has to offer! The current owner has enjoyed this car for the past 18 years and the majority of the work has been performed in the last 8 years so there are not many miles that have been put on the powertrain. Popping the hood on this machine is what reveals the LS3 6.2 Liter GM crate engine that propels this car down any roadway with more than enough power. You could even say there is 20lbs of engine in this 5lb Vette. Many man hours were spent making sure this new generation of power plant was able to fit and perform great in the engine bay but that same train of thought was also put into every inch of this car. Let’s not forget the 5-speed manual Tremec transmission with Hurst conversion components that is linked up to this LS engine we can’t quit talking about. Not only does this transmission allow you to keep up with the power band of the engine but the extra gears allow for lower rpms at highway speeds. When looking through the window of this Vette the only thing that gives away that it is not a stock Oyster colored 1979 interior is the shift pattern next to factory shifter that has 5 speeds. Even The aftermarket gauges that are looking back at the driver give a respectful nod to the cars classic past but also help monitor all of the vitals of the car. Tasked with the job of getting the power to the ground would be the GM 10-bolt rearend that houses a set of 3:55 gears. This car is one that looks great but is very understated when you get a chance to look back through the years of receipts documenting the work and attention to detail that was put forth to keep with the styling of classic Corvettes but bring the car into the performance realm of any of today’s modern muscle cars but for a fraction of the price. You can view this 1979 Chevrolet Corvette in greater detail including HD pictures and an HD video of it running and driving at Gatewayclassiccars.com. If you are interested in purchasing this vehicle or have more questions regarding it please call us at (303) 872-4722 or email us at Denver@gatewayclassiccars.com.

Engine: 496 CID V8Transmission: AutomaticMileage: 67 ( since rebuilt )
For sale in our Chicago showroom is this absolutely wild 1979 Chevrolet Malibu. This Malibu is a far cry from the standard grocery-getter that Chevy was stamping out by the thousands. Powering this monster is a 454 big block V8 stroked out to 496 cubic inches backed up to a beefy TH-400 transmission sandwiching a 5000rpm stall converter. The 496 is spinning an Eagle 4340 crankshaft with Eagle H-beam rods topped with SRP 13.5:1 pistons. A pair of Pro Comp Aluminum ported heads round out the long block for a very healthy amount of power on tap. Taking care of getting air and fuel in the engine is a Victor JR intake and a 950 CFM Holley Carburetor. A custom set of Lemons Headers spew the exhaust fumes through a pair of Spintech mufflers for the sound of a beautifully orchestrated chaos. While all of that power makes for killer sound and plenty of tire smoke, there’s more to going fast than just having power; it needs to be effectively put to the pavement. With SPC upper control arms and TRZ lower control arms working in tandem with Qa1 adjustable coil overs, this Malibu grips and rips. A Moser 12-bolt packed fill with 4.10 gears and 30-spline axles resides out back, more than capable of handling the powerplant. A custom frame was fabricated with a 4-link suspension set up to keep the Moser properly located. Making sure the body and frame stay as solid as possible, a 10-point roll cage was installed and painted black to blend in with the gorgeous interior. The two-tone gray paint with the red stripe absolutely pops under the sun. The paint looks deep enough that you could take a dive in it and never come back out. The color scheme is tied through the seats in the interior making for a very complete and well thought out design. The seats were custom redone to match the paint! A switch panel is mounted in the redesigned dash to give the driver total control over all of the electronics of the vehicle, while a master disconnect can set the Malibu in hibernation for any extended downtime. Plenty of custom work is massaged into all aspects of this vehicle, and the hard work really paid off making for an extremely well-finished vehicle. This 1979 Chevrolet Malibu is a very well put together car and should fill your trophy case with ease after only a few shows. Options include: Power Steering, Tilt Steering Wheel, Leather Interior, Kill Switch, Alloy Wheels, and a Posi Traction Rear Axle. For more information on this one of a kind 1979 Chevrolet Malibu, contact our Chicago showroom at (708) 444-4488 or Chicago@GatewayClassicCars.com. Engine: 6.2L V8 F OHV 16VTransmission: 6 Speed ManualMileage: 37,956 ( actual )
Gateway Classic Cars of Dallas is proud to offer a 2009 Chevrolet Corvette. Corvettes have been the performance flagship for General Motors since their introduction in 1953. Years later, the Corvette has gotten leaner, lower, sleeker, and a heck of a lot faster. This ’09 comes from the C6 generation and sports the powerful 6.2 Liter LS3 V8 under the hood which is good for a reliable 430 horsepower. C6 buyers had their choice of an automatic, or a 6 speed manual transmission, and this one has the stick. What a fun car to drive: a thumping V8 up front, a 6 speed in the middle, and an independent rear suspension to keep the power on the ground. This is a true driver’s car and still hangs with brand new cars despite being nearly 10 years old. This particular Vette has the Z51 package which fine tunes the suspension even more with stiffer springs, upgraded shocks, upgraded anti-roll bars, and larger brakes with cross drilled rotors. Equipped with the NPP Performance Exhaust, this vette's exhaust goes from mild to wild when you put your foot down! With such an awesome set up, it’s a surprise this car has only 37,956 miles since new. The car is Arctic White which is rather rare; only 863 were painted this color in ’09. The interior features black leather, with plenty of power goodies. Whether you want a car ready for track duty, a Corvette to ad to your collection, or just an awesome daily driver, this 2009 Corvette is a great option. You can see this car in greater detail in our Dallas showroom or at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. Please contact 817-310-9400 or firstname.lastname@example.org with inquires.
