Up for sale in our Tampa showroom is this awesome 1974 MG MGB! This classic British two-seater roadster is always a joy to add to any size car collection. Powering this little badboy is a 1,798 CC (1.8 L) I4 that produces just about 90 hp, and is paired with a 4-speed manual transmission. This car also features a manual convertible top, black vinyl interior, tilt steering wheel, seatbelts, and an AM (only) radio. It has been maintained quite well over the years and has a new set of tires, rebuilt front brakes & new rear brake lines, and the Blue paint is in fairly good condition as well. The entire cooling system has also been replaced - to include a new radiator, water pump, and water lines. New switches and relays have been replaced as well for the lights. Always a hit at any car show – the MGB is one of the most featured vehicles in cinematic history. Owning this cool little car will be a joy and a pleasure to drive around town.

The Atlanta Showroom is offering this 1979 MG MGB. This low mileage MG has three types of Cool. During its 18-year production run, it became the world's best-selling sports car, and went on to define the concept of the open-topped British sports car for enthusiasts across the world, and since it went out of production in 1980, by which time, it was already a classic, an entire support industry has grown up around it. Its details were first published on 19 September 1962. This example of an MGB is in good condition and was shipped over to the USA in 1979. For sale in our St. Louis Showroom is a very rare 1949 MG YT 2DR Tourer Convertible. Only 904 YT’s were built for export to the United States from 1947 to 1950. The MG YT Touring Convertible has 2 doors and seats 4 passengers. The interior features leather upholstery and wood grain accents, which was much more refined than the earlier MG T-Series sports cars. The YT utilizing the same engine as the TC, a 1250cc 4 cylinder, but with a higher compression and two 1 BBL carburetors producing 54.4 horsepower and 64 lb-ft of torque. The MG YT cars used rack and pinion steering, which was a rarely seen option for a car in America at the time. The independent front suspension setup features unequal length A-arms and coil springs to provide valuable feedback to the driver. Also standard were drum brakes and 16 inch wheels on all four corners. The chassis on the YT utilized a steel ladder frame, it was often and incorrectly said to be made of wood. What was made of wood, most of which was oak, was the framework on which the bodywork was hung. This YT body is finished in light beige with metallic brown fenders, and a dark brown cloth convertible top. The exterior color combination beautifully matches the beige leather interior with dark brown piping throughout. The odometer reads 1,946, but the actual mileage is unknown. Options for this 1949 MG YT 2DR Tourer Convertible include: Leather Upholstery, Manual Convertible Top, Wide White Wall Bias Ply Tires, and Hub Caps. The MG YT fires right up and purrs just like a kitten. It runs and drives very well and is ready for a new owner to drive and enjoy it as often as desired.
