Gateway Classic Cars of Tampa is proud to offer this badass 2006 Trik Daddy’s Custom Chopper! This chopper comes from a pedigree of sinister fabricated designs from John “Trik Daddy” Neger from Daytona Beach, Fl - who’s wild designs have been featured in many predominate motorcycle publications. With over 680 hours of sheet metal fabrication, this is truly one of his most radical designs ever produced. The extravagant orange paint and body work were done by GT Graphics, and the airbrush work was completed by Jason Trimbach Artistry. Powering this beast is a 124 CI show polished TP Engineering engine paired with a premium BDL belt-drive and chrome Baker 6 speed transmission with overdrive. Despite its aggressive appearance, this Eagle frame - which has been modified +2” up/ +9” out and +6” over with American Suspension front forks & Legend Air Ride rear suspension - rides extremely comfortable and is relatively easy to maneuver. The forward & handlebar controls are a best-of-the-best combination of Acutronics and Wicked Image accessories. All wires and brake lines have been routed internally and are well hidden, making this bike very “clean” looking. To finish it off, this amazing chopper rolls on a unique one-off set of wheels design by Wicked Image, and features a custom seat wrapped in Stingray. It sports a Pro-touring 1970 Boss 302 themed Mustang design, and received a full ground up restoration by Gateway Classic Mustang based in St. Louis, MO. All work has been documented with build sheets that include hourly progress, parts lists and photos throughout the entire restoration. The powerplant is a Ford Racing 5.0L “Coyote” crate engine with 32 valves and Twin Independent Variable Camshaft Timing, an all-aluminum powerplant with Ford’s latest performance technology. The Coyote swap kit also includes a Ford Racing PCM installation kit, dynacorn notched shock towers, Gateway Performance Suspension (GPS) strut kit. Also included is power steering w/ rack and pinion, Vintage Air A/C, custom front Canton oil pan, 4 core rod and custom radiator and custom stainless steel long tube Dynatech headers with magnaflow exhaust. A Quicktime bellhousing connects the Coyote to a Tremec T-56 Magnum 6 speed with an upgraded Mcleod twin disc clutch, pressure plate and hydraulic throw out bearing. A 9-inch rear-end transfers the 480hp to the ground through a nodular Strange third member with 3.73 gears and a Tru-Trac (posi) limited-slip differential along with 31 splined axels. The suspension includes Gateway’s adjustable coil-over front struts in combination with a 3-link rear adjustable suspension with coil-over shocks. Braking includes 4 wheel, 13-inch drilled and slotted rotors, Baer 4-piston calipers along with an electro-boost power brake system from ABS. All new Dynacorn body panels including a new full floor installed. The car is equipped with Boss 302 graphics and factory spoilers with a Ford “Grabber Orange” paint scheme. The 18-inch aluminum rims from ET Wheels give the Mustang a more modern appearance while also keeping the mini-lite look from the ’69-’70 era. The interior seats are TMI’s supportive Sport version with leather upgrade along with orange inserts to match the exterior color. A Shelby style roll bar is installed behind the front seats where the 6 point Sparco harnesses attach. Classic Instruments built the custom gray-face gauge cluster with matching clock in the factory passenger side dash panel. Freshly-minted and now for sale in our Houston showroom is this spectacular all-steel 1938 Chevrolet Coupe. Cloaked in a stellar Porsche Guards Red PPG finish, this is one for all ages. The restoration started with the steel body shell, and a Superior Glass Works Chassis, with fully boxed steel frame rails. Everything was taken to bare metal before any finish work was begun. A new LS3 crate motor was installed, with a FAST intake and FAST fuel rails. A set of coated shorty headers and a full stainless 2.5” exhaust setup, complete with stainless X-pipe, scavenges the spent fuel to the rear with a throaty burble. To the aft of the beefy powerplant, a new 6L80E 6-speed automatic transmission with a 3200RPM stall torque converter to aid in providing excellent launches. The 6-speed auto provides excellent highway cruising capabilities, with surprisingly efficient operation. There are two dual finned-aluminum transmission coolers for the tranny to help it keep it at optimum temperature during spirited driving. Controlling the 6L80E’s shifts is a Corvette-style shifter, complete with electronic paddle-shift control capabilities on the gear knob. You’ll feel comfortable knowing that you can drive this thing like its sportscar powertrain wants you to, with handling and ride to match. The front end is a complete Heidts SupeRide II independent front suspension, with tubular upper and lower control arms, sway bar, QA1 adjustable coil-over shocks, 12” Wilwood disk brakes and calipers, and a power rack and pinion steering setup. Out back are QA1’s, a triangulated 4-bar link setup, torsion-style sway bar, an all-new quick-change Currie Ford 9” rear end and third member with 2.75:1 gears and a True-Track limited slip differential, and 11” Wilwood disk brakes and calipers complete with E-brake. The power-assisted braking setup is also equipped with a proportioning valve, allowing for fine-tuning the front/rear braking balance. A set of Nitto performance radials (215/50-17 front, 235/65-17 rear) wrapped around American Racing Salt Flat Special 5-hole wheels help keep this retro-rod stuck to the pavement. Inside this modernized classic, you’ll find that all the chrome trim shines like it’s brand new, and it is abundant. From the chrome window surrounds, windshield and rear window trim, to the door and window levers, everything glistens. There are a few hidden secret gems, too: the chrome window cranks don’t move – a light touch upward will raise the power windows, and a similar light touch will lower them. Equipped with what seems to be power everything, this car has plenty of creature comforts that one wouldn’t expect in a vintage auto. Power windows, power locks, a trick Painless “Phantom Key” Keyless Ignition with a proximity-sensing key fob (which provides a very cool pushbutton start and is part of the security system), custom Vintage Air system with billet nozzles, and power seats with 8-way adjustability and lumbar support cover most of the features, but not all. In addition, there is a Bluetooth compatible audio system that has near audiophile sound, USB ports on the console, cupholders, LED interior (and exterior) lighting, and tilt steering wheel all add up to providing a supremely comfortable, modern-feeling ride. The tinted glass all around help the Vintage Air system keep things cold in the summer, and toasty in those colder months (for when you can’t wait to drive this beauty until Spring). And, you’ll want to drive this car year-round, because when you’re in the cabin, the smell of the custom furniture-grade leather is intoxicating. This superb leather covers nearly everything including the headliner, and it provides such a pleasant aroma that it will make Bentley and Rolls owners jealous. If you do get caught in the rain, the 2-speed electric windshield wipers will keep your forward vision clear, and the powerful LED head- and tail-lights will keep the road lit (and keep you visible). The front coil springs were changed from constant-rate to progressive or variable-rate and were more tightly wound at the top, while leaf thickness of the rear transverse spring was also altered thus providing a more comfortable ride with no sacrifice in handling. Although transmission options remained ostensibly the same for 1964, the two Borg-Warner T-10 four-speeds gave way to a similar pair of gearboxes built at GM's Muncie, Indiana, transmission facility. Originally a Chevy design, it had an aluminum case like the Borg-Warner box but came with stronger synchronizers and wider ratios for better durability and drivability. With a 327 professionally built and installed this engine has a healthy sound and very healthy performance. Eldebrock aluminum high volume water pump and a MSD billet HEI distributer. 36” Billet finned oil cooler. CNC hydraulic throttle pedal, TH 350, Hughes 3000 Stall converter and flex plate. Billet basket and HD clutches. Manuel valve body, flu dyne oil cooler and electric fan. B&M high volume oil pan and B&M pro ratchet shifter. Custom Cadillac Eldorado diff. 3:07 gears, custom diff. 930 sub axles and race prepped 930 VC sand boots. The exterior color is a dark blue and with a grey cloth interior.
