For sale in our Chicago showroom is this 1933 Ford Model 40. This car contains a Gibbons body, Wescott fenders, and an original frame. Giving the car an updated ride is a 350 cubic in small block Chevy mated to a 350 trans, all riding on a Mustang II front end. Trailing in the rear, a Ford 9 inch rear end keeps some Ford lineage in the veins of this hot rod.
The black paint on this beautiful ’33 looks to be as deep as an ocean, and the red interior contrasts perfectly bringing you back to being 16 when you just wanted to grab the car keys and drive. A modern AM/FM radio give you the ability to listen to any tunes you’d like, but the rumble of this GM powerplant should be enough to keep everybody’s hands away from turning up the volume knob.
This ’33 is the best of both worlds; the light and economical side of fiberglass, but still maintains the look of a mean, original old school Ford. Options include: Aluminum/Alloy Wheels, AM/FM Radio, Convertible Top (Manual), Radial Tires. For more information on this 1933 Ford Model 40, contact our Chicago showroom at (708) 444-4488.
