For sale in our Chicago showroom is an eye-catching 1969 Jeepster Commando. This tough and rugged little Jeepster is just the right vehicle for that open air, fun drive on or off the road. In a world flooded with CJs, TJs, and YJs, why not stand out a bit in the crowd? The exterior doors which are included but not seen in the photos are included but having them off really makes for some fun transportation. Powering this metallic orange beauty is a Chevy 350 Cubic Inch V8 that starts and runs very nicely and is plenty of power to move this versatile machine through the toughest terrain.
After World War 2 Jeeps really started to slowly appear in consumers driveways and because of the high clearance of the body and strong and solid running gear they became the off-road vehicle of choice. The interior of this classic may be sparse but it is more than adequate for comfort and convenience. The center arm rest/console is made of heavy steel and features a compartment that can be used for storage as well as a locking door for the AM/FM Stereo CD player. Hop on up into the driver’s seat and bring along some friends for one fantastic ride!
