This 1973 Ford Mustang Convertible is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. The 73 Mustang is what many will consider the last year of the original Pony car. With the 67 to 72 cars reaching unheard of prices these 73’s are seeing a huge increase in demand. There longer front ends are beginning to catch on with some people preferring them over the earlier cars. This example has been through only 3 owners in the past 25+ years with each one maintaining the car and even keeping the receipts that have been passed on as well. The paint on the car is probably the first thing that catches your eye with it dark and deep red really pulling you in. The silver accents are a nice touch while the black rear and front chin spoiler are left in their natural flat black finish. The custom Mag wheels are a great addition and give the car a more modern feel. The black convertible top looks good when it is up but looks best tucked away and under the either white or black tonneau cover. Under the hood is the most popular engine to ever be put in a Mustang, the small block 302. This one was rebuilt about 8000 miles ago and still runs out great. This 1966 Dodge Coronet convertible is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. The Cornet was released in the 49 lines up as MOPAr5’s first postwar body style. It would go through many different renditions throughout its 30+ years but the most memorable has to be the 5th generation line up. This example was a frame off restoration with a build book that documents the progress. Taken down to bare metal and starting from there it was painted back to its original color. The convertible top was redone as well with the black vinyl still being in excellent condition. Hit the button and watch as the she folds down exposing that beautiful blue sky Under the hood is the original numbers matching 318 which was rebuilt during the build as well. The 727 had the same attention shown, gone through and built back to factory spec. The interior in the car was redone at the same time with the bench being covered in black vinyl which shows great on this car. The factory AC is a great touch and an option rarely seen on Mopar’s especially convertibles. The original hubcaps are a great touch and give it that original look with the newer style radial tires giving it a better feel of the road. This 1967 Chevrolet Malibu is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. The 67 Malibu is considered to be on of the best-looking cars of all times. It classic coke bottle styling is something that got everyone talking. While there were others who did it, some even before GM, they did it the best. Those sleek lines and multiple trim levels would out the fastback in the record books. This beautiful example is one of the cleanest ones I have seen. With a what is believed to be 53654 original miles on the car it was a great car to begin with. Not quite satisfied the decision was made to get the body laser straight and place the classic sleeper paint job look. The Nantucket Blue is classic to the Malibu, but the white painted top is something not often seen. With the paint job having a clear coat laid in top the shine on the car is guaranteed to draw a crowd. Underneath is clean as well, with no crazy patch jobs the pans look amazing. With front and rear sway bars added these 67 rides and drives like dream. Under the hood is a small block 350 which was bored .030 over making the total displacement of 355 CI’s. The double hump heads have been gone through and with all new valves, guides, and seats this small block is ready for the street. The L79 option came in either 325 or 350 horse power rating with this one having the 350 CAM. The additional work on the heads along with the added displacement this small block is estimated at 400HP. The Muncie M21 4 speed shifts out great with the clutch feeling just right. The rear end is a 10 bolt with a 3.08 gear set allowing for some decent highway driving. We have an incredibly slick 1948 Chevrolet 3100. It features a 350ci Small block Chevrolet mated to a 700 R4 Automatic OD transmission. It boasts a Holley 650 carb strapped to a Weiand intake, ACCEL HEI ignition, Headman exhaust system with M/T valve covers. It features Power steering, power brakes and air conditioning. Most of the truck is black with accents of chrome, polished or brushed aluminum to give it a pleasant accent. Body modifications include frenched headlights, sectioning the hood, shaving all of the trim, vents, handles, and emblems. One piece side glass and a Harmon V-Butt windshield. The stock filler was removed and a flush fit one was added to the passenger side. The bed features a custom rolled pan with flush fit tail lights. It features custom wheel tubs with a Bruce Horkey wood bed kit. The interior features Dakota digital gauges, LaCarrera steering wheel and tilt column. Everything is covered in leather, even the floor matches with Mercedes wool carpeting. The suspension is bagged while riding on 17” Boyd Coddington wheels. Thank you for your interest in this one of a kind lifted 2011 Chevrolet 3500 Diesel Crew Cab presented by Gateway Classic Cars of Tampa. This truck is great for truck shows, tailgating, or even off roaming in different terrains. No short cuts have been taken when building this perfect jacked up beast of a truck. This is not your typical lifted Silverado since it was a SEMA build for FTS. This Chevrolet Silverado 3500 Diesel only has just over 22,000 miles on the Duramax 6.6 Lt turbocharged engine that Chevy put into its trucks for years. This truck has the Allison transmission that is original to this truck. From the factory this truck is an LTZ trim level with many extras including power steps, leather, power sunroof, power bucket seats, memory drivers seat, heated seats, remote start, and even a rear sliding window. This truck does have an upgraded pioneer touch screen radio installed with tailgate outside speakers that are hidden under the bed in the rear of the truck. They are marine speakers with an amp. The stereo system inside the truck has is a JL audio amp with 2 10” in subs in a box. A very cool truck that turns heads everywhere it goes. So many extras have been added to the truck to light up the night when cruising down the street. The headlights are HID with color changing halos that adjust by the press of a button. There are lights under the truck and in the wheel wells that match as well. The interior lighting is LED White to match the truck along with the LED fog lights with Halos as well. All the exterior trim pieces have been painted white to flow evenly with the rest of the truck. FTS 15-inch lift and RES Shocks have this truck sitting high in the sky. With a professional restoration meticulously finished in 2012, this 1954 Jaguar XK120 Drop Head convertible is truly a sight to behold. The XK120 was the fastest production car of its day and was a strong competitor on race day winning a few 24-hour endurance races including Mt. Druitt in Australia back in 1954. The “120” represented the top speed right from the factory. This XK120 is in excellent shape and has had a few minor upgrades bringing it up to date and making it an excellent driver’s car including converting the electrical system to 12 volt from 6 volt, an electronic ignition, electric fan for optimal cooling, and a tremec 5-speed manual transmission adding synchros in all gears and an overdrive gear. These upgrades do not take away from the original looks of the car but increase the drivability dramatically. Redone just this last year in 2017 included the top end of the engine rebuilt with new valve seats for pump gas, rebuilt SU carburetors, rebuilt brake cylinders on all corners, new plugs and wires installed, and in 2018 the interior was reupholstered, and the paint was ceramic coated for ease of cleaning. For sale in our Chicago showroom is this incredible 2008 Ford Mustang GT convertible with a $41,000 build sheet. Don’t let this 550 RWHP sleeper get away! This car was born with a 4.6 V8 and built over a 5 year period living as a summer only ride. It started with a ford racing HP inter cooled Whipple supercharger and racing tune installed by Ford. With that much power under the hood the transformation continued at Brenspeed race shop, where there was a motor back drive train swap, starting with a new McLeod flywheel with matching twin Disc 1000hp RXT clutch surrounded by a Tremec NHRA certified bell housing and finished with an all new Tremec Magnum XL. This 6-speed transmission this intertwines with a 3.5” aluminum 1 piece drive shaft with 1350 u-joints enclosed with safety loops to keep it legal for competition. To complete the dream set up Brenspeed mated that into a monster Moser 9” differential which has been optioned with Wavetrac internals, a Dana 3.90 drive gear, and an aluminum braced rear end holding 35-spline axles. Keeping the differential properly located are custom upper & lower control arms, all with heim joints for zero deflection or wheel hop under power. Handling was improved with FRP. (Ford racing performance)Front and rear 6 way adjustable shocks/struts with adjustable camber caster plates(front)+BMR front & rear lowering spring complemented by adjustable panhard with heavy duty rear sway bar. This set up eats and breathes 1/4 mile or SCCA racing with NO fear of down time. For safety, a certified 6-point cage with removable hinged bars for easy in and out. In addition, 5-point seat restraints to hold you and your copilot in place have been fitted, making it a breeze to pilot this Mustang under hard cornering. Kenny Brown Racing, the suspension king, is where the Bear Extreme mono-block 6-piston calipers and FRC500 vacuum calibrated power booster were installed, along with huge 14” 2-piece slotted Bear rotors on all four corners. Additional front cooling ducts tied into the beautiful Roush front fascia to aid brake cooling were added, as well. To clear those massive brakes 19”x10” wheels were installed on all four corners wearing Nitto NT05 275/30/19 up front and 305/30/19 in back. Kenny did his Magic to tweak the suspension including frame connectors tied to a Kenny Brown matrix kit, jack rails and a pro-forge bump steer kit to make it feel like it’s glued to rails on the road. This vehicle easily out-handles far more expensive vehicles! All in all this sleeper looks like a grocery getter but loves to beat up on those unsuspecting poser’s while the AC is on listing to that crisp 500 watt Shaker stereo system. Then you open it up and let it breath thru the Ford Racing Performance Gt500 KR exhaust and all they’ll see is tail lights till you let them catch up. Front end modifications include a Roush front grill, Raxiom Hid bulbs with projectors along with switch back running lights, and Morrimoto led fog lights complete with rear sequential turn signals. With just a hair over 19,000 original miles this was already a like-new Mustang. Add in all of the performance upgrades and enhancements, and it is better than new. For sale in our Chicago showroom is this timeless 1932 Ford 4 Door Sedan. This hot rod is powered by a 350-cubic inch GM crate engine that produces 290 horsepower. The motor was purchased new during the cars rebuild in 2016 and currently has just over 1,500 trouble-free miles on it. The transmission, a GM 700R4, was professionally rebuilt at the same time and feeds power into the 3.42:1 geared rear end that was taken out of a Chevy S10. These pieces are assembled to unite as one on a brand-new powder coated frame. When you need to test the front Wilwood brakes it is all sure to stop quickly. Once the all steel body was striped to the bare metal, it got a fresh base coat of black, only to be glazed over by a smooth, shiny clear coat to finish it off. To almost perfectly contrast the deep, dark exterior, the interior is finished in a sinister-looking red vinyl. It really takes this classic, yet modest looking hot rod to a whole new level. Round jet style dual exhaust outlets were incorporated into the vertical bumper extensions and the rear bumper was entirely redesigned. Gateway Classic Cars of Orlando of Orlando Florida is proud to present this classic Rat Rod. Mickey Rat is not like any other T-Bucket out there. This car was built and designed by Detroit Speedcraft and is a completely engineered vehicle system that performs (ride, drive, steering, braking, etc.) very similar to a regular car! This vehicle was hand-made using almost ALL new parts, (with the exception of the rebuilt 700R4 transmission, Rebuilt Chevy 10-bolt, S-10 4x4 Rear End and the 40' Ford front axle beam), and is tig (heli-arc) welded. Not many in the industry does that for any car, but Detroit Speedcraft. This particular car, the Fat Rat, was engineered for MAXIMUM interior space and handling. The chassis is a bit longer than a standard Detroit Speedcraft kit and the body is MUCH Larger! It is stretched 10 inches longer than a Henry Ford T, (49" vs 59"), and 5 1/2 inches wider (42" vs 47 1/2"). There is a "speed blister" on the driver's side AND the passenger side for MAXIMUM foot space and comfort. In this T-Bucket, you sit IN the car, not on top of the car and the steering column comes out of the firewall at a proper angle, so the car feels comfortable and natural to drive. The seats? Not boards and foam, but rather, 2010 Camaro buckets that were custom fabricated by Wise Guy's Seating out of Indianapolis, IN. They were stripped, narrowed 6 inches, re-padded and re-stitched in gray leather. And they are COMFORTABLE! The power train was a new GM crate motor that Detroit Speedcraft massaged with and Edelbrock Air-Gap manifold, a Holley carb and a Comp Cams Mid Thumper cam. The engine has a nice "lope" to it. It is a Chevrolet 700R4 with a reversed, manual valve body. It is like having a stick shift, without having a clutch. A roll bar was also added for additional safety. The car is in EXCELLENT condition! It also "rolls through" Bob Seger's music video for the song "Detroit Made"! For sale in our Dallas Fort Worth showroom is the famous, concours restored, Ford Mustang Boss 429! In 1970 Ford produced just 499 of these to compete with Chrysler's 426 Hemi in the NASCAR circuit. These engines were severely underrated at 375 horsepower. Some sources say actual horsepower was far and beyond 500, in fact this car was actually put on a dyno during restoration and is rated at 590! In order to fit this engine in the Mustang, Ford contracted out the work to Kar Kraft in Brighton, MI to complete the heavy modifications. This Boss 9 has been restored to the condition it would have come out of the factory in '70 by the famous Kevin Manley. The car's original colors have been retained: Grabber Blue on the outside, and a beautiful White vinyl interior. Where Mach 1s and Shelbys are typically adorned with striping, the Boss 429 has a much more subtle exterior scheme. Mono-tone paint and simple "Boss 429" lettering on the fender make the car a bit of a sleeper. Take a peek at the undercarriage and it is clear no expense was spared when refurbishing the vehicle. The underside is smoothly painted and shows zero evidence of road time. Every nut, bolt, and panel has been professionally refinished, rebuilt, or replaced back to the original specifications. Every paint marking and decal that Kar Kraft put on the Boss 9 during the original build was put back in place. Hop inside and the interior looks and feels like brand new. The wood grain dashboard and large analogue clock certainly scream 1970, but the 4 speed shifter and full instrumentation scream race car. The Boss 9 was the top of the line Mustang so of course it came well equipped. A Boss 429 is on any Mustang collector's list. This is a stunning concours example of the breed, and would be a wonderful addition to any collection. To accommodate this larger engine, a custom made fiber glass hood was fitted to this ’72. The 455 has a 4bbl carburetor and Edelbrock Performer Buick 455 intake manifold with chrome Edelbrock air cleaner. The paint applied to this Buick was done in a modern day 2-stage process with medium metallic green accents on the hood and around the body that show very well. Original chrome bumpers are in great condition and have excellent luster. These look nice against the black exterior of this ‘72 This Buick rides on gloss black American Racing custom 5 spoke mag wheels with a chrome lip. The trunk has been specially coated to keep it in excellent shape for years to come. The black vinyl interior is in great shape and the green piping continues the gorgeous color scheme. This legendary car was built for one reason and one reason only… win races. The battle for waged upon the speedways of the NASCAR circuit with the top dogs, Chrysler and Ford fighting for dominance each weekend. Chrysler’s introduction of the 426 Hemi engine in 1964 rocked the racing world and prompted Ford to come up with a necessary response. The answer, the Boss 429, a mythical powerplant designed to run longer and stronger than the famed Hemi. In accordance to NASCAR’s rule requiring manufacturers to release a limited number of legal street versions to the public, Ford chose the Mustang to be the recipient of this mighty power. The Boss 429 was derived from the 385 series engines, bored out and stroked to 429 cubic inches and topped with aluminum semi-hemispherical cylinder heads designed to move a lot of air. The impressive engine’s size required extensive modifications to the Mustang body and Ford contracted Kar Kraft® to carry out the task. Basic sportsroof Mustangs were sent to Brighton, MI where they underwent front-end modifications to accommodate the 429. Once in place, they made several other changes to the car include repositioning of the battery to the trunk, ¾” rear sway bar, manually controlled hood scoop and a 3.91 ratio rear axle with a limited slip differential! Production began in 1968 and oversaw 859 Boss 9s completed, two of which were Mercury Cougars. This is one of those revered vehicles in true survivor form! Wearing its original Candy Apple Red paint, this Boss is truly a rare find! Purchased new at Don Rice Ford in Bedford, PA in May 1969, this Boss retains 99% of the original components found on it including Autolite® belts! All factory chalk marks are still present and visible! How often do you come upon unique details like that?! It also has a 8 rib belt and pulley upgrade along with its water to air intercooler. To make sure power meets the pavement, the driveline has been extensively modified. Modifications include a ZR1 clutch, pressure plate and flywheel. Also, this Camaro SS has a Drive Shaft Shop aluminum drive shaft, Lingenfelter 1400HP hardened axles, a Jannetty Racing 4:10 rear end with heavy duty posi-traction and a close ration Hurst 6 speed shifter. This Camaro has ridiculous amounts of power and the best thing about it is that it looks stock! With Eibach springs, Hotchkis sway bars and frame connectors, handling has definitely been improved. This engine paired to a D1SC Procharger on 22 lbs of boost and 100 shot of nitrous puts down 777 ft. lbs of torque and 875 horsepower to the wheels with dyno sheets to prove it in case you aren’t near a track to let the car speak for itself. All this power runs through a Level 6 TR6060 built by RPM Transmissions that is mated to a one-piece steel drive shaft. Gateway Classic Cars is proud to present this 1947 MG TC. This car will give you the full experience of fine British motoring. The tan interior and British exterior shows how good this MG has been cared for over the years. It is a fully restored and in original condition with the original engine and only has 352 miles since the rebuild. That is about as good as you may find in an example of an original MG TC. Twin SU- semi-down draught carburetors, 1250cc 4 cylinders and 54.4hp at 5200rmp puts you right in the middle of what it means to drive. The restoration took 6 painstaking years to complete. The wood frame was completely rebuilt. This TC is a real head turner. There are tons of documentation to go along with the purchase. Call our Showroom and we can provide the info that is available with this beautifully restored TC. The TC was the first postwar MG launched in 1945. It was quite like the pre-war TB, sharing the same 1,250 cc pushrod-OHV engine with a slightly higher compression ratio of 7.4:1 giving 54.5 bhp at 5200 rpm. The MG TC was exported to the United States, even though only ever built in right-hand drive. The export version had slightly smaller US specification sealed-beam headlights and larger twin rear lights, as well as turn signals and chrome-plated front and rear bumpers. The body was approximately 4 inches wider than the TB and measured at the rear of the doors to give more cockpit space. The tachometer was directly in front of the driver, while the speedometer was on the other side of the dash in front of the passenger. Ok now under the hood, The 350 is decked out in Edelbrock’s finest featuring a Edelbrock intake, Carb and air clearer while a set of headers help the mighty mouse breathe a little easier. Open the door and slid in on the Charcol and Cream two-tone vinyl seats as you settle behind the wheel and take a look at the dash you will notice that Classic instrumentations® has provided all the gauges you will need in one panel that takes the place of the old tri 5’s speedometer. Not one trick missed except maybe, a compact disc player. But who needs music when you have the rumble of the small block Chevy to keep you company? 1969 Chevrolet Camaro

For sale at Gateway Classic Cars in our St. Louis showroom is a unique 1969 Chevrolet Camaro. This 69 Camaro convertible is believed to be an actual RS/SS trim package, as it had all the correct parts and badging before the recently completed nut and bold restoration took place. The restorer decided to restore the car the way he would have ordered one in 1969. As you will soon learn, this one is loaded with the best of the best from 1969. To start things off, it is powered by an L-89 396. The L-89 is an aluminum head option for the L-78 396. The L-78 is the solid lifter 396 big block and the only way to make it better from the factory was to add the very rare L-89 option. This would drop roughly 75 pounds off the front end and aid in cooler operating temperatures. This engine was under rated from GM with an advertised 375 horsepower. Many sources claim true power to be well into the 400 range. Couple this power plant to a close ratio Muncie 4 speed with a 12 bolt rear end housing posi traction 3.31 gears and you've got a potent package. The 3.31:1 gears will allow for some fun around town but also allow easy cruising on the highway. Options are plentiful to say the least. Some of the more common options are here and include Power brakes, Power steering and a Power top. Some of less common options include Power windows, Tilt steering column, Rosewood steering wheel, a fold down rear seat, JL8 Four wheel disc brakes, under hood and trunk auxiliary lighting, front and rear bumper guards and spoilers, Chambered exhaust and a very rare yellow hounds tooth interior. What color would be best for a yellow hounds tooth, Daytona Yellow! What a nice combination with a black power top and SS wheels with new rubber. Other notable features are the late model IROC close ratio steering gear, Hotchkis suspension with adjustable shocks, Rally Sport and Super Sport packages and a modern AM/FM stereo system. There's no question about the man hours or dollars put into this work of art. Almost all the sheet metal except for the firewall is new. Countless hours have been spent on bodywork and wet sanding for such a great result. The underside looks just as great as the topside and with 800 miles on the rotisserie nut and bolt restoration, it's broken in but still very fresh and certainly ready for enjoyment. For sale at Gateway Classic Cars in our St. Louis showroom is a 1968 Chevrolet Camaro. This is without question one absolutely gorgeous '69 Camaro! There isn't much that wasn't customized, and it shows. It’s easy to throw a ton of aftermarket parts on a car. This took some serious time and attention to detail. Let’s start with the obvious first. Painted in a beautiful shade of red with white stripes or a gorgeous white leather interior and riding on a set of custom Billet Specialties aluminum wheels. This isn't just a nice paint job though. The front bumper is a narrowed and reshaped 1969 Camaro bumper mounted with custom brackets. The lower valance has a lower grill opening with a stainless steel grill, the upper grill opening has been smoothed and features driving lights/ turn signals from a ’69 Camaro. The lower air dam and fender extensions are a one off from molded fiberglass. The upper grill opening is smoothed and recessed to accommodate quad headlights from a 1970 Oldsmobile and a hand fabricated stainless grill with a relocated hood release. The hood features a steel cowl induction that was welded from underneath and smoothed all around. The front fenders have lower extensions molded ahead and behind the wheel opening and smoothed. All the inner front panels and support systems were smoothed, relocated and painted to match the body. The doors were also smoothed and utilize 2003 GM latch and handle systems for a clean appearance. The side rocker panels were extended the full length to give an even and finished look to the bottom edges. The rear quarters, you guessed it, smoothed with the rear side lights removed and the ends of the rear spoiler molded in place. The rear decklid is similar and features an original spoiler that was reshaped and molded in place. The rear body panel has reversed tail lamps fabricated from a ’69 Camaro and a welded in pop up gas cap. The rear bumper is also a 1969 unit that has been trimmed to fit. All the painted surfaces are PPG base coat clear coat Super Red with Silver Pearl. Once you raise the hood, you’ll see another cowl induction unit that is functional and removable. Lurking beneath this work of art is a very well built 468 Big Block that balanced and blue printed utilizing a solid roller camshaft and 10.5:1 compression. Other notable engine details include aluminum small chamber rectangular port cylinder heads with 2.19 intake and 1.88 exhaust valves, .620 lift camshaft, single plane intake manifold topped by a 830 CFM carburetor and aluminum accessories and pullies. Big blocks have a reputation for running hot, that can be easily addressed and was with this build thanks to a HD aluminum radiator and dual electric fans set up to cool 650 horsepower. The music this engine makes is the result of ceramic coated headers flowing through a set of custom stainless steel pipes and mufflers. Transferring this beautiful power plant to the ground is a 2005 Dodge Viper 6-speed, heavy duty clutch converted to hydraulic actuation and finally to a 12 bolt rear end housing a set of 4.10 posi traction gears. Slowing things down is a breeze thanks to four wheel disc brakes. Even though this car is presumed to strictly be a show car, it will do what you ask of it. The suspension and chassis were not missed. The front suspension has been heavily modified and includes shaved side rails and cross member, new tubular control arms, coil over shocks, a quick ratio steering box, heavy duty sway bar and dropped spindles for the aggressive ride height. All parts are painted in a gloss red and silver urethane finish. The underside has all new floors, unibody subframe connectors and additional braces for a more rigid chassis. The rear suspension and undercarriage are also heavily modified. Wheel tubs moved inboard two inches, shocks relocated, springs lowered and moved inboard, traction bars installed, new bearings and seals. Other modifications include a new fuel tank, fuel lines, fuel pump, relocated battery(trunk), stainless steal lines and fasteners throughout. The paint and body are in great condition with body lines match up and a paint that shines marvelously. The brown vinyl interior features cloth inserts and a woodgrain steering wheel. The combination of the white and green exterior paired with the brown interior gives it a distinguished and classic look that will not disappoint. Powering this 69’ C10 Custom is a 307 CID V8 engine with alloy valve covers and air cleaner, a Weiand intake, and an Edelbrock carburetor. A 3 speed manual transmission with a shifter on the column transfers the power to the 12 bolt rear end. If you've never driven 3 on the tree, it really is a lot of fun, especially in an old truck! The wood slates in the bed of the truck have been recently replaced along with the chrome brackets in the bed which provide an awesome look. When you peer under the back tailgate you will find a rear sway bay and dual exhaust with chrome tips. The odometer read 22,818, but the actual mileage is unknown.
