For sale in our Dallas-Fort Worth showroom is a 1928 Ford Model A. The Model A was manufactured from 1927 until 1931, reaching the 1 million mark on February 4, 1929 and the 2 million mark by July of 1929. Painted in an unmistakable yellow and maroon two tone, and built to cruise, this car leaves history behind to blaze a trail all its own. The Chevy V6 under the hood with 3 speed automatic transmission makes cruising this car a breeze. It also includes a matching trailer for everything from road trips, to local car shows, and everything in between. The interior is dressed in matching burgundy fabric, providing a comfortable and stylish ride, inside and out. It can be hard to characterize unique, custom cars such as this 1928 Ford Model A, but that individuality is also what makes them great to own. Gateway Classic Cars of St. Louis is offering a 1929 Ford Model A two door sedan. The Model A paved the way for mass produced vehicles. By the end of the run, Ford had produced almost 5 million Model As. These vehicles could be purchased in a variety of body styles. From sporty roadsters to industrial trucks, the platform was extremely versatile. This particular example is the popular two door sedan. There’s seating for 4 and plenty of windows for airflow. We are exicted to offer for sale in our Saint Louis Gateway Classic Cars Showroom this 1929 Ford Model A pick up. This little pick up is powered by a 302 Ford with a 671 blower! This beast of an engine is backed up by a stout C6 automatic and a Ford 9 inch rear end. Yes, you read that correctly, this is a Ford that is powered by a Ford! Slowing down is no trouble thanks to four wheel disc brakes and radial rubber. This eye catching truck is painted Plum and has a matching cloth top and tonneau cover. Inside is a similar treatment with a cloth interior that is pretty darn close to the plum exterior but also different enough for a great contrast. If you're in the market for a great Model A pick up and want around 500 horsepower, look no further. Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is excited to offer this one-of-a-kind, pro-built 1929 Ford Model A coupe street rod for sale right now in our Arizona showroom. This beautiful coupe has a ton of subtle (and not so subtle) body mods to separate it from all of the other A street rods seen all over at cruise nights and car shows. Here are some of them that will ensure you that if this is your car, you probably won't see another one like it... a steel sub-structure replaces all of the original wood, chopped and filled top, shaved door and trunk handles, a custom hood, molded-in front visor, shaved rain gutters, widened steel rear fenders, relocated fuel tank and filler door; all covered in a delicious shade of dark root beer metallic. Inside the tan leather interior (and matching finished trunk) you'll find a tilt column, power locks and windows, air conditioning, and a GPS-activated speedometer, so you'll always have an accurate speed reading. Under the hood is where this car really shines...a Boss 302 clone engine puts all of the horsepower into a Tremec five speed maual tranny into a 9" Ford rear axle housing 3.73 gearing. The TCI chassis is a huge improvement over what Henry had "back in the day" with its Mustang II style IFS set-up and four wheel disc brakes bring this little A down to zero in a flash. This street rod coupe is ready to go. All it needs is a new owner. Is that you? Don't miss this awesome 1929 Ford Model A coupe for sale right now in our facility. Gateway Classic Cars of Indianapolis is proud to present this 1929 Ford Model A “Rat Rod” for sale in our Indianapolis Showroom. “Rat Rod” is: a semi-restored Hot Rod that is intentionally left with the appearance of being incomplete. The Rat Rod is created of the thought of awaking a (pre-WW II) vehicle from the dead and embracing its natural form of deterioration, rust and all, while the Hot Rod is immaculately restored and customized for high performance. Rat Rods grow old gracefully while Hot Rods go under expensive cosmetic procedures to appear like new. Rat Rods are daily drivers better left unwashed, while Hot Rods only come out to play in shows and require the high maintenance of wax and polish. This Model A Rat Rod has made it way from Arizona to Indiana. The frame is 1929 Model A, it has been boxed in critical areas for extra strength. The roof of the cab is from a 1963 Chevrolet Corvair. The front grill is from a 1947 Studebaker Grill. The dual Stromberg carburetors are dressed out with a 1958 Cadillac air cleaner. The Strombergs feed a 1953 331 CID Chrysler Hemi V8. No fancy chrome here, just an old set of stamped steel Chrysler Hemi valve covers with just the right amount of patina. Zoomy style headers take care of the exhaust fumes, check out the super kewl flappers that have been added. The body has been dressed with just the right amount of patina that can only come from years of being in the Arizona climate. If you ready to hit a “Beatersville” event and fit right in call us before this rusto-rod fly’s out of here. Options for this 1929 Ford Model A “Rat Rod” include; No Radio with, Cloth/Steel Interior, Seat Belts and Steel Wheels wrapped in Bias Play Wide White Tires. For sale in our St. Louis showroom is a unique 1929 Ford Model A 2 Door Sedan. The build for this 29' Model A was carefully planned and executed. There are several small nostalgic cues throughout the build including the Piper Cub brake pedal, Airstream trailer tail lights, and a Chevrolet heater box that was converted to a stereo enclosure and glove box. The roof of this Model A was chopped 3.5" inches and features a Mercedes Benz cloth top. The 1920's era Willys Overland headlamps up front have been converted to halogen, which provide ample light if you so choose to drive after the sun goes down. The passenger area of the floorboard has been coated with spray-on bed liner and provides a nice non-slide surface. The rest of the cabin is finished in a light yellow, almost cream color, for a classy, streamline look. The interior has a list of custom goodies including: a gauge cluster from a 56' Ford F100, Piper aircraft brake pedal, vintage Booneville gas pedal, and a hood ornament for a shifter. Powering this one of a kind Model A is a 350 CID SBC V8 engine with a small cam, HEI ignition, Mickey Thompson valve covers, 100 amp chrome alternator, an aluminum high rise intake, and a Holley 4 bbl carburetor. The air cleaner is super cool, it was fashioned out of an old Ford hub cap, and displays the V8 symbol proudly. The aluminum radiator with an electric fan has an old weed sprayer as an overflow tank! A 350 automatic transmission shifts the power to the 57' Chevrolet differential that houses 3.70 gears. The exterior is finished in a light green color and is accented by a black stripe that ties the black top in very nicely. Up front you will find an old illuminated hood ornament that helps tie the whole build together. The Model A frame has been fully boxed, and has a dropped front cross-member. The suspension setup consists of a 4 inch dropped and drilled front beam axle, a vintage style hairpin front and rear suspension, and adjustable coil-overs in the rear. Disc brakes in the front and drum in the rear provide plenty of stopping power for this little Ford. The odometer reads 58,338, but the actual mileage is unknown. Options for this 1929 Ford Model A 2 Door Sedan include: AM/FM Radio with CD Player, Cloth Interior, Rally Wheels, Wide White Wall Radial Tires. This 29' Model A is very buzz worthy, it will have everyone at the show gawking and talking, and intrigued/amazed at the attention to detail of this build. Classy and powerful, this steel bodied Roadster does not mess around! The same year this car was rolling out of the factory, the St. Valentine’s Day massacre happened in Chicago where seven gangsters were gunned down in a garage by several other men dressed as police officers and Al Capone became public enemy #1. The Ford Roadster has since became one of the most iconic hot rods of all time, so much so they started creating fiberglass bodies to replicate these stunning rides. This 1929 Ford Roadster though is one of the last remaining steel cars and is in great shape. Sitting under where the hood would be is a ZZ3 350 cubic inch crate engine that kicks out 345 Horsepower and a rebuilt TH350 automatic transmission. The rear end contains 3.73 gears that will move this small hot rod in a hurry and would have put most of the bootleggers of the day out of a job. Like the gangsters of the day though, this Roadster is not just a brute. The wire wheels wrapped in radial tires provide a smooth ride and elegant looks paired with the green paint on the body. Slide into the interior and get comfortable. Once you fire up the V8 and start to drive you will be astonished at how composed this car is on the streets, but as soon as you roll onto the throttle the attitude starts to show! The rumble seat makes this coupe a four seater and is quite the experience for your passengers. This car is great in town and on the curvy back roads. No matter what your driving type, there is no doubt you will have a blast cruising in this hot rod! This vehicle is located in our Denver showroom. You can view this 1929 Ford Roadster in greater detail including HD pictures and an HD video of it running and driving at Gatewayclassiccars.com. If you are interested in purchasing this vehicle or have more questions regarding it please call us at (303) 872-4722 or email us at Denver@gatewayclassiccars.com.

Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this 1930 Ford Coupe. The Model A has always been a popular vehicle to turn into a fire breathing street machine. Big engines and even bigger tires are iconic with these turning them into a totally different animal that Henry would be proud of. If you are looking to be subtle or fly under the radar this one is not for you. The Competition yellow paint is slick and is sure to catch the attention of any bystanders. The engine though is what will really pull them in. The 406 CI powerplant is shoved in there making big time HP. Put your foot into this thing and hang on as you are sure to be pinned into the seat. The built TH400 Transmission handles all that power nicely shifting out with no issues. Paired up with an 8 ¾ rear end this is one machine that was built to handle the stress. The 31x14 Goodyear slicks on the back are even bigger in person giving you plenty of rubber to lay down. A full cage has been tastefully done with it being tucked close to the interior panels giving it a very finished look. The two bucket seats look right at home and finish off the interior nicely. If you have been wanting to add a little excitement in your life this 30 Ford should do that and then some. This partially restored, sharp looking 1931 Ford Model A Sedan is for sale in our Houston Showroom. Enjoy getting looks at shows and being in parades with this beautiful Model A. To some at the time, it likely seemed impossible for Henry Ford to follow up the commercial success of the Model T. However, he would immediately hit another home run with the Model A. But, while the Model T was produced for the explicit purpose of making the motorcar accessible to everyone, the Model A would be Ford's attempt at combining mass production with exclusivity. The Model A would be an absolute hit with the public. The marriage of aesthetics and mass production has seemed to work as one million examples would be built by February of 1929. By July, just a few months later, production would top two million. Ultimately, by the time the Model A became superseded by the Model B and production ended in early 1932, nearly five million Model As would roll off the Ford assembly lines. This nice looking Ford is powered by a 201 CiD inline 4 cylinder engine backed by a 3 speed manual transmission. This all-steel original car has one very handy "modernization": its electrical system has been converted from the original 6-volt system to a modern 12-volt system, making it much easier to enjoy tooling around in. The exterior on this all-metal Ford Model A is a nice matte black with buckskin brown accents and soft top. The Model A rolls on a set of original steel wire wheels painted in a brown color (that matches its buckskin brown top and interior) and are wrapped by black wall bias ply tires. The seating surfaces are covered by a freshly-installed Buckskin Brown vinyl tan. The interior has been fully restored back to the original look. The car has its original engine & trans in the car that is came with in 1931. The owner also put a new carburetor & a new alternator. Everything on the car works! This car has no rust on it and is a true survivor car that is all metal with no body filler. Options on this beautiful Model A are vinyl interior, roll-away vinyl soft top, a custom LED light strip under the dash (for the courtesy lighting), and bias ply tires. For more information on this 1931 Ford Model A Sedan for sale, please call the Houston showroom at (832) 243-6220; or email us at Houston@GatewayClassicCars.com. You eye the Pinto and Mustang as you enter the showroom, then see something in the corner of your eye. IT's a brand new Model A!?! How could this be possible? A gentleman by the name of Harry J. It runs like a top and is barely even broken in. With a lightweight body of only 1,850 lbs, people have been known to average 30-35 MPG. Gateway Classic Cars offers this 1980 Ford Shay. The Shay is a reproduction of the 1928 / 1929 Ford Model A. These cars were manufactured by the Shay Motor Company and were distributed by the Ford dealer network. Orders were taken by Ford dealers starting in 1978. The build was limited to 10,000 vehicles to avoid federal regulations. The original plan was for this to be the first of a classic series that would feature a different model each year. Built on the frame of a Pinto, the cars also shared a common powertrain the 2.3ltr 4 cylinder and automatic transmission. The Shay is a unique vehicle. It is not a Pinto and it is not a model A. They have developed a strong following over the years and even have a club of enthusiasts. It is a fun to own and a fun to drive car that can be bought for a modest price. You will have a hard time finding a car that will draw as much attention for the dollar as the Shay will. This one is finished in an Antique Cream with black vinyl interior. Side mounted spare tires and tall wide white wall tires give it the period correct look. To view this 1980 Ford Shay in greater detail, including HD pictures and an HD video, visit www.GatewayClassicCars.com or our Philadelphia showroom located in West Deptford, NJ.
