1917 Ford Model T

1917 Ford Model T

Engine: 195CID I4
Transmission: 3 Speed Automatic
Mileage: 9,092 ( since rebuilt )

For sale in our Nashville showroom is a 1917 Model T roadster. Model T buckets are let’s face it, a lot of fun, with wind in your hair and the sun on your face and possibly a bug in your teeth what could be more fun? These light, nimble little roadsters come with a variety of drivetrains. Some prefer the brute force of a Chevy big block and well, it is hard to argue with a Rat motor. Others like the small block Chevy, with their ability to snap from 800 rpms to 4,500 in the blink of an eye. Still another choice is a Small block Ford, I know, who would want a Ford engine in a Ford body!? But how about this choice? A 4 cylinder out of a Pontiac Tempest? A 195 Cubic inch 4 cylinder with rear automatic transaxle and independent suspension to be exact! I would just bet that this will be the only T bucket at your local show with this drivetrain. This 1917 T bucket for sale is dripping black paint and sporting brass accents it has a look that is both familiar but a little different. Riding a little lower than most model T buckets this little roadster looks like it would cut corners with the best of them. So, a sharp T bucket with a unique drivetrain that looks great and handles like a dream, what’s to like about that? Just everything! I’ll take one to go please. Options include Hub caps, Seat belts, Wire wheel Radial tire and a detachable top. For more information on this 1917 T bucket for sale call the Nashville showroom at 615-213-1800 or send us an email nashville@gatewayclassiccars.com http://www.gatewayclassiccars.com/NSH/537/1917-Ford-Model-T

Engine: 350 CID V8
Transmission: Turbo 350
Mileage: 10 ( since rebuilt )

This 1923 Ford T-Bucket is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. The T bucket was made out of necessity with the supply of Model T’s dwindling hot rodders had to do something. In 1957 their call was answered by Diablo Speed shop in Northern California. With only 3 built before closing the doors one was purchased by hotrod builder Buzz Pitzen. He completed the build and credited for the first fiberglass T bucket. This example has that classic look while the attention detail really sitting this build apart. The red paint is vibrant and slick with no pinstriping it can be left alone or used an open canvas, so your guy can do his thing. The frame was painted in the same red making the transition from the 2 almost seamless. The classic chromed front end came from speedway one of the most well-known brands in the business. The engine is a small block 350 with the tunnel ram which has a set of dual quads feeding this monster the fuel it needs. The B&M TH350 transmission easily handles the power from that small block shifting through the gears with no hesitation. Power is put to the ground courtesy of a Ford 9 inch turning those monster 33x22 tires that have been mounted on a 15” wheel giving it that true Hotrod look. The 4 link helps to keep the back wheels on the ground while giving this 23 T bucket a rather plush ride. If you have been wanting a T bucket that is fun to drive while having that classic look this is the bucket for you. 1923 Ford T-Bucket Rat Rod

1923 Ford T-Bucket Rat Rod

Engine: 350 CID V8
Transmission: 4-Speed Automatic
Mileage: 12,832 ( actual )

Gateway Classic Cars of Orlando is proud to present this classic Rat Rod. Mickey Rat is not like any other T-Bucket out there. This car was built and designed by Detroit Speedcraft and is a completely engineered vehicle system that performs (ride, drive, steering, braking, etc.) very similar to a regular car! This vehicle was hand-made using almost ALL new parts, (with the exception of the rebuilt 700R4 transmission, Rebuilt Chevy 10-bolt, S-10 4x4 Rear End and the 40' Ford front axle beam) and is tig (heli-arc) welded. Not many in the industry does that for any car, but Detroit Speedcraft. This particular car, the Fat Rat, was engineered for MAXIMUM interior space and handling. The chassis is a bit longer than a standard Detroit Speedcraft kit and the body is MUCH Larger! It is stretched 10 inches longer than a Henry Ford T, (49" vs 59"), and 5 1/2 inches wider (42" vs 47 1/2"). There is a "speed blister" on the driver's side AND the passenger side for MAXIMUM foot space and comfort. In this T-Bucket, you sit IN the car, not on top of the car and the steering column comes out of the firewall at a proper angle, so the car feels comfortable and natural to drive. The seats? Not boards and foam, but rather, 2010 Camaro buckets that were custom fabricated by Wise Guy's Seating out of Indianapolis, IN. They were stripped, narrowed 6 inches, re-padded and re-stitched in gray leather. And they are COMFORTABLE! The power train was a new GM crate motor that Detroit Speedcraft massaged with and Edelbrock Air-Gap manifold, a Holley carb and a Comp Cams Mid Thumper cam. The engine has a nice "lope" to it. It is a Chevrolet 700R4 with a reversed, manual valve body. It is like having a stick shift, without having a clutch. A roll bar was also added for additional safety. Options include: Hub Caps, Leather Interior, and Seat Belts. The car is in EXCELLENT condition! It also "rolls through" Bob Seger's music video for the song "Detroit Made"! With all the looks and speed, you could want and a full flash drive showing the professional build from start to finish, you can't go wrong with this one! This vehicle is titled as a 2010 ASVE. This Classic Rat Rod is for sale in our Orlando Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. 1925 Ford Model T

1925 Ford Model T

Engine: 177 CID I4
Transmission: 2-Speed Manual
Mileage: 0 ( undocumented )

Now for sale in our Gateway Classic Cars of Houston showroom is this extremely cool 1925 Ford Model T. Between the extensive powertrain work and original sheet metal, this car is a clean example of a Model T. Under the hood of this American icon is a 2.9-liter inline four cylinder engine that was good for roughly 20 horsepower when new. The engine was rebuilt roughly 75 miles ago and upgraded with a 12V distributor and battery to improve reliability and drivability. Although the car has been upgraded, the original coil box remains in the car. Sending what little power this car has to the rear wheels is a two speed manual transmission with a very unique shifting sequence. The transmission was also rebuilt with the engine. Moving inward, the interior of this car is barren with no modern amenities or luxuries. When this car was produced, it was meant to be a cheap means of transportation for the masses with little to no focus on comfort or styling. Although there are really no features to speak of, the condition of the interior on this T is very good. The exterior of this T is finsished in black to stay true to the only original color option. The paint is in good condition and highlights the cars curves and style. Laying beneath the paint is the original sheet metal from when the car was new almost 100 years ago. Overall the condition of this T is very nice and this would make an excellent weekend toy or parade car! Engine: i4
Transmission: 2-Speed Manual
Mileage: 0 ( undocumented )

Now for sale in our Gateway Classic Cars of Houston showroom is this extremely cool 1926 Ford Model T. Between the extensive powertrain work and original sheet metal, this car is a clean example of a Model T. Under the hood of this American icon is a 2.9-liter inline four-cylinder engine that was good for roughly 20 horsepower when new. The engine is paired to a 2-speed planetary gear transmission and great for small town cruising. The engine and transmission were both rebuilt roughly 2,000 miles ago so there are plenty of miles left in the old beauty. The power that screams from this car is driven through the Ruxtell 2-speed rear axle and is stopped by the Rocky Mountain brakes. You may not compete against the Camaros, and Mustangs on the road but this very well may be one of the quicker Model T’s I’ve seen. Moving inward, the interior of this car is barren with no modern amenities or luxuries. When this car was produced, it was meant to be a cheap means of transportation for the masses with little to no focus on comfort or styling. The condition of the interior on this T is very good, and is no doubt aided in staying that way, because the car comes with with 100% accurate side curtains and tonneau cover. The exterior of this T is finished in black and green to keep a clean classic look. The paint is in very good condition and highlights the cars curves and style. Laying beneath the paint is the original sheet metal from when the car was new almost 100 years ago. 1927 Chevrolet Roadster

1927 Chevrolet Roadster

Engine: 4 Cylinder
Transmission: 3 Speed Manual
Mileage: 75,128 ( undocumented )

This 1927 Chevrolet Capitol Cabriolet is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. 1927 was a pivotal year for the auto industry. Henry would bring out his Model A which was an evolution of the Model T. The Chevrolet capitol would be the first real competition for Ford making this a do or die move. Priced right inline with the Model A the Capitol would steal a pretty good piece of the market from ole Henry. This example has been restored to what you would expect to see back in the 20’s. The green paint looks good with the black accenting it perfectly. The rims are correct and with the tires being tall and skinny which was due to the roads not being paved. There is even a spare tire on the back just in case you don’t have AAA. Under the hood is the 4 cylinder that really brought Chevrolet into the main stream. The 171 CID inline 4 produced a little less than 30 HP. The 3 speed Manual Transmission shifts like it should making these cars a little challenging but extremely fun to drive. The top is in great condition but is most likely going to be used on a slim occasion. This car is made for those sunny days with the top a just in case thing. Kind of like that hand powered wiper, I don’t think I would want to be caught out with that thing. The bench seat is vinyl allowing for easy cleaning while being extra durable. Options on this 1927 Chevrolet Roadster include; Bias Ply Tires, Steel Wheels, Manual Convertible Top and Vinyl Interior. This 1927 Ford Roadster is for sale in our Louisville Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD Video at www.gatewayclassiccars.com. For additional information please call our knowledgeable staff at (812)294-1555 or email us at Louisville@GatewayClassicCars.com. If you would like to see it in person, come to our Louisville Showroom located at 13576 Blue Lick Rd., Memphis, IN 47143. Link: http://www.gatewayclassiccars.com/LOU/1850/1927-Chevrolet-Roadster

1929 Ford Model A Roadster

1929 Ford Model A Roadster

Engine: GM ZZ3
Transmission: Automatic
Mileage: 10,112 ( undocumented )

Classy and powerful, this steel bodied Roadster does not mess around! The same year this car was rolling out of the factory, the St. Valentine’s Day massacre happened in Chicago where seven gangsters were gunned down in a garage by several other men dressed as police officers and Al Capone became public enemy #1. The Ford Roadster has since became one of the most iconic hot rods of all time, so much so they started creating fiberglass bodies to replicate these stunning rides. This 1929 Ford Roadster though is one of the last remaining steel cars and is in great shape. Sitting under where the hood would be is a ZZ3 350 cubic inch crate engine that kicks out 345 Horsepower and a rebuilt TH350 automatic transmission. The rear end contains 3.73 gears that will move this small hot rod in a hurry and would have put most of the bootleggers of the day out of a job. Like the gangsters of the day though, this Roadster is not just a brute. The wire wheels wrapped in radial tires provide a smooth ride and elegant looks paired with the green paint on the body. Slide into the interior and get comfortable. Once you fire up the V8 and start to drive you will be astonished at how composed this car is on the streets, but as soon as you roll onto the throttle the attitude starts to show! The rumble seat makes this coupe a four seater and is quite the experience for your passengers. This car is great in town and on the curvy back roads. No matter what your driving type, there is no doubt you will have a blast cruising in this hot rod! This vehicle is located in our Denver showroom. You can view this 1929 Ford Roadster in greater detail including HD pictures and an HD video of it running and driving at Gatewayclassiccars.com. Engine: 1600cc 4 Cylinder
Transmission:
Mileage: 14,541 ( undocumented )

Gateway Classic Cars is thrilled to offer this head-turning 1932 Bugatti Convertible Tribute at our Scottsdale location. The body of this car is a mirror image of a 1932 Bugatti Type 59 and unsuspecting onlookers will have absolutely no idea that it is based upon a 1970 Volkswagen Beetle when they see you cruising in this tribute. The build on this car was professionally carried out by Classic Motor Carriages, Inc. in Florida, and the seller has included all receipts and parts information with the vehicle. The engine powering this retro-crowd pleaser is a 1600cc air-cooled VW tied to a 4-speed VW manual, which goes through the gears just like it should. Just over 1000 miles have been clocked since the build, so the next owner will get plenty of low-maintenance enjoyment out of this roadster. The stunning red exterior paint color makes this Bugatti Tribute stand out in any situation while the tan leather interior adds a classy touch for passengers. There are a lot of little details on this car that bring it all together- the two chrome trumpet horns on the front end, the 8-spoke custom wheels with white wall tires and Bugatti center caps as well as the custom chrome plated luggage rack that would be perfect for strapping on a picnic lunch and a blanket too. You'll see many types of tribute vehicles on the road, but the Bugatti name holds its own compared with most of the others.
