For sale at Gateway Classic Cars in our St. Louis showroom is a 1934 Ford 5 Window Coupe and its all steel! "It ain't real if it ain't steel!" This street rod was built using a Downs frame that is much stronger than the original and also features a Mustang II designed front suspension with Rack & Pinion steering, tubular upper and lower control arms with chrome adjustable coil overs on all four corners. The undercarriage also features polished stainless steel exhaust from front to rear, polished oil and transmission pans, a polished stainless steel gas tank and brake and fuel lines. The underside has also been Rhino lined to match the car. It looks beautiful and is an easy task to maintain. Power comes from a healthy Tuned Port Injected 350 that breathes through a set of tuned exhaust headers that make a great sound. Speaking of sound, you won't hear too much thanks to sound deadener and heat shield that has been used throughout the cabin. Shifting gears through the 700R4 Automatic overdrive transmission is easy thanks to a Genie shifter.
This all steel '34 5 window is covered in a two-tone Hot Hue Peach PPG paint and transitions into a lighter peach on the top half. Inside are nice light gray leather bucket seats, power windows, tilt wheel, A/C, power lift trunk lid, stereo with CD and seat belts. This beautiful street rod is riding on a set of eye catching Billet Specialties wheels wrapped in BFGoodrich radial rubber.
