Hello from Australia - I just bought my first car through Gateway in Dallas and it's being shipped down under at this moment. Excellent experience - the process of paying for the car was a bit challenging but was worked out by the dealership. I have NEVER bought a car site unseen, but felt good about buying the car and hopefully when seeing the car in a couple months my feelings won't change. I want to take a moment and thank you, Charlie and your entire staff for our recent classic car purchase (1968 Ford Mustang). Everyone was wonderful to work with and always made us feel like their most important customer. This was the first time I have ever taken a chance and buy something this valuable sight unseen. I can't articulate the words, but there is just something about Charlie I trusted, and decided to take a chance. He didn't disappoint me and lived up to the instinct I had, the 1968 Mustang has been a great addition to the family. We entered it in a local car show and received a 2nd place trophy. With a little TLC and work I am sure that it can become a 1st place.

I recently dropped off my 1989 Jeep Wrangler with Chris. Since the time we first spoke on the phone I knew he was a stand up guy. He talked me into bringing the Jeep into the showroom and posting it for sale as I'm a busy man and I don't have time for answering the same questions over and over again on one of these marketplace sites. Chris and I agreed on a fair price for it and I signed it up. His team took some great pictures of my ole Jeep and posted them om their website. Now I guess we wait and see what happens.... thanks for your help Chris.

Hi Gateway, I received the title and everything is fine, car is registered and turned out to be better than expected. I was a bit apprehensive about buying without seeing the car in person or test driving, but was not disappointed at all, I'm very pleased.

I just wanted to compliment Charlie, John, and Sal. I picked up my dream car today and was very pleased with the whole experience. All were a pleasure to deal with - very professional. I liked the fact that the sales team is not competing with each other. I also liked the attention to detail and patience Charlie showed when we went over the whole car. I am fairly busy and I don't have unlimited hours to search for cars. I think your approach is a great concept.
