Hello from Australia - I just bought my first car through Gateway in Dallas and it's being shipped down under at this moment. Excellent experience - the process of paying for the car was a bit challenging but was worked out by the dealership. I have NEVER bought a car site unseen, but felt good about buying the car and hopefully when seeing the car in a couple months my feelings won't change. I flew in to Houston from Washington state to see my car at gateway after the inspection was completed. I met both Jeff and Dominic who run sales there. They made the purchase go so smoothly for me! My 1930 A sedan was even more than I expected from the written inspection. Jeff also helped me with getting a carrier for my car back to Gig Harbor, WA. While walking their showroom, an feeling like a kid in a candy store, they had all my paper work ready for my signing. We live on a farm and did not feel safe selling our 1955 Thunderbird by newspaper advertising. My husband and I are elderly and did not want strangers coming around our property. Gateway Classic Cars sold our car to an attorney in San Diego. We could not have done it on our own.

I just wanted to compliment Charlie, John, and Sal. I picked up my dream car today and was very pleased with the whole experience. All were a pleasure to deal with - very professional. I liked the fact that the sales team is not competing with each other. I also liked the attention to detail and patience Charlie showed when we went over the whole car. I am fairly busy and I don't have unlimited hours to search for cars. I think your approach is a great concept.

We were trying to trade in our 1996 Lincoln Mark VIII. The dealers were offering us very little while raising the price of their new Navigator. We sold our Mark VIII through Gateway and received nearly twice the amount dealers were willing to pay us and we negotiated a better price on the new SUV.
