I just wanted to compliment Charlie, John, and Sal. I picked up my dream car today and was very pleased with the whole experience. All were a pleasure to deal with - very professional. I liked the fact that the sales team is not competing with each other. I also liked the attention to detail and patience Charlie showed when we went over the whole car. I am fairly busy and I don't have unlimited hours to search for cars. I think your approach is a great concept.

At every step in the process they were informative, responsive and consistently honest and objective in representing the car. Follow up after the sale for delivery and documentation was outstanding. I want to personally thank Duke Montrose and team for helping me sell my collection of cars. I was completely amazed just how simple and efficient the whole process was. I have sold 4 cars here and they are very easy to work with and I never had an issue. Scott, Devin, Jesse are amazing to work with and honest. If you go in with a reasonable figure on a desirable car, it will sell fast. They also offer a detailing service for cars being sold and they detail guy is great. On top of that they host a car show every month which is nice to check out the inventory of cars they have along with other peoples rides.
