Ford introduced the Bronco in 1966 to compete with the growing category of small 4WD vehicles like Jeep's CJ-5, International Harvester's Scout, and Toyota FJ. When the Bronco was first produced, it was a completely new vehicle for Ford. The frame and other key suspension components were not shared with any other vehicle in the Ford lineup. The first two years of the larger and more luxurious Bronco were some of the most popular 30-year production run. Bronco shifted to a larger platform and body-style sharing components with the F-Series truck while maintaining key off-road capabilities including maneuverability, and approach, departure, and breakover angles. The second-generation Bronco has a coil-sprung Dana 44 front axle and a leaf-sprung rear Ford 9-inch axle (like the later first-generation Broncos). This Bronco looks awesome painted Red with a White painted top. Powered by a rebuilt 302 V8 with just under 7k miles on the rebuild. The transmission is a C4 3 speed Automatic matted to a Posi 3. 50 Rear end. The Front and rear suspension have been upgraded and it has been lifted 2 1/2'', giving it a great appearance. Optioned with AC, Power Brakes and Steering it is, in my opinion a blast to drive! Inside you have Black Vinyl Bucket seats with center console up front with the shifter on the floor. We have some Custom Gauges and an aftermarket Steering wheel. You have a touch screen Display and a rear bench seat. Additional options include AM/FM Radio, Custom set of Aluminum wheels and Seat belts.
