Gateway Classic Car of Las Vegas presents this awesome 1980 Pontiac Firebird YellowBird. Sporting it's original paint scheme under a shiny layer of ceramic coating, this is one cool looking firebird. The YellowBird was a rare option series for the Pontaic Firebird that was designed to appeal to a different demographic than the traditional Firebird Buyer. The series came in Red, Blue, and Yellow "Birds" that features special color keyed interiors and paint schemes. With a fresh layer of ceramic coating this original finish looks great and offers terrific shine. The interior is the original good condition tan hounds tooth velour. The engine options were always the disappointing aspect of these Firebirds, as they were designed for looks and not performance. That issue has been solved with a 6.0 liter LS2 V8 engine and a matching 4 speed with OD automatic transmission.
