This 5837 code SS Sport Coupe started its life off out of Downtown Chevrolet in Terra Haute, IN., with Ermine White exterior and black interior. Things have certainly changed over the years! It now wears an eye-catching Dupont PB3 Blue with a custom white interior. This true SS Malibu is a sight to behold. Powered by a 1968-1969 era 396 CID Big Block Chevy (Casting# 3955272) and a modern overdrive 700R4 transmission to a 3.23 Posi read end. There is a billet & chromed Vintage air "Front Runner" serpentine assembly, an aluminum intake and Holley carb, long tube Hedman headers & an aluminum radiator. This one is as ready for the "Go" as it is the "Show". There is also a complete photo album of the entire restoration. The original window sticker and all factory documents will accompany. The custom white leather bucket seats & center console surround you with the AM/FM/SAT audio supplied by Custom Audiosound and Harman Kardon. One look at the underside of this '64 & you can appreciate the amount of work in the build. It has been built to be enjoyed, not trailered!
