When looking at this sick vette, one will not be able to ignore the blue camo wrap that has been well executed by Modish Wraps located here in Houston. The interior of the corvette has been left original, but the real treat is what has been done underneath the hood, but more on that later. The interior of this vette is the original red that came with the vehicle when it first rolled off the lot. Other amenities included are; Heated seats, power locks, power windows, power steering, AM/FM radio, Satellite radio, Bluetooth capabilities, Anti-Lock brakes, traction control, power mirrors, a tilt wheel, and a sweet Targa top that really helps complete the look. Now to the real goodies, what has been done underneath the hood. When lifting the hood of this Corvette, the original 6.2L V8 that has long tube headers flowing down its sides, has had a lot of work done to her. It wouldn't be much of a sports car if it didn't have a manual transmission, this beast has 7 gears ready to rip the dino juice out of her! A cold air intake has been added but more importantly a Texas Speed LT1 Camshaft Package has been added to an already powerful motor. When the Camshaft was installed, the owner decided to add a DOD delete kit, Phaser lockout kit, replaced the original pushrods with Manton Pushrods, and added a CHE Trunion kit. So, when building this beast, the owner also took preventive measures to ensure that this ride would be able to handle the abuse of the open road for the long haul. All mechanical work and that was completed was done by the well-known and respected Alex Peitz of Peitz performance. This includes a custom dyno tune that was completed after doing the install of the cam. So come grab this rare Z51 corvette stingray and rip the be ready to rip the taillights out of anyone who challenges this beast.
