Gateway Classic Cars of Indianapolis is proud to present this 1966 Dodge Charger. There was a huge movement in the early 60's with people wanting sleeker and less sophisticated designs. No more fins but more simplistic designs were the rage. This started pre-world World War II but died off as quick as it began. Fast forward 3 decades and as it usually does history was repeating itself. Introduce the new for 66 Dodge Charger. It was what everyone wanted but that long sleek design came at a hefty price, 3100 base to be exact. Under the hood is a 383 cubic Inch V8 with a 6 pack. Matched up to an automatic transmission. The air conditioning compressor was removed form under the hood but the A/C system is still under the hood to make it pretty easy to add ice cold air . Open the door and the interior is exactly as it should be. The front to back console is an awesome touch making the car a true 4 seaters. With the shifter, right where it should be this thing is classic muscle car at its finest. The green exterior goes nice with the black interior.
