This 1999 Shelby Series 1 is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. The name Shelby has been associated with unbelievable street machines since the early sixties. From his original AC Cobra to his work with the Dodge Viper team the man had done work with all three of the big American brands. The only thing he had not done was build a car from the ground up which beginning in 1997 that would all change. The Series one was the only car produced by Shelby from a clean slate. From the aluminum chassis to the curvaceous lines of the body the Series 1 was all Shelby. The 249 production cars made were all titled as 1999’s though there were others produced as component cars the original production cars are the ones that are true collectors. This beauty has lived a pampered life with less than 2700 miles on the odometer this Series 1 is ready to be put into another collection. The carbon fiber body is in excellent condition, showing no signs of abuse or neglect, she truly is a remarkable example. The silver paint was chosen by Shelby as he felt any other color would take away from the cars lines. The only option available was a set of racing stripes in multiple colors making this all silver one a rare find. The huge opening in the hood is reminiscing of the classic 60’s Leman racers that Carrol had beat with his GT40. The vents in the side have a C3 Corvette feel to them with the rear end having its own unique look. Under that hood is a GM based 4.0 V8 putting out 320HP. Mated to a ZF 6 speed transmission the car is all business. Inside this Series 1 is a seat of Black leather buckets with Carroll Shelby’s signature stitched in the back. With multiple Shelby checkered Snake eyes placed here and there you are reminded that this is what Shelby always wanted his Cobra to be. The fact they only made 249 of these cars is truly amazing. With this one though having the stripe delete option it truly is like finding a needle in a haystack. AC, AM/FM/CD, Power Brakes, Manual Convertible Top, Power Steering, Leather Interior, Power Windows, Tilt Steering Wheel, Aluminum Alloy Wheels with Radial tires. Gateway Classic Cars Philadelphia offers this exquisite this striking 1966 Oldsmobile 4-4-2 at our showroom located in West Deptford, NJ! With competition coming from all directions, Oldsmobile came out strong with the introduction of the 4-4-2! While it was a worthy competitor, the 4-4-2 fell short of cubic inches and the straight-line performance seen in cars like the GTO and Chevelle. To answer the call, Oldsmobile prepared a new 400 engine in 1965 and revamped the 4-4-2 package with simulated rear fender scoops and colorful 4-4-2 badges. Thanks to these changes, Oldsmobile saw significant success in their sales and were looking forward to the 1966 model year. This superb 4-4-2 is perhaps one of the nicest examples of the treasured muscle car from 1966 and appears just as it did from the showroom! This beauty received the full treatment with a frame off restoration including the glass being replaced and coded, black interior totally redone and all suspension components rebuilt! Painted in stunning silver metallic, the car has a beautiful finish and it is heavily emphasized with the mirror-finish chrome and brightwork that was all restored! Powering this incredible machine is the numbers matching 400 CID V8, rebuilt 300 miles ago, equipped with the legendary Track Pac, an over-the-counter Tri-Carb conversion kit that boosted power from 350 to 360 horsepower! Perhaps the coolest part of the engine bay is the Outside Air Induction package (OAI). The OAI features dual air scoops that are incorporated in the front bumpers which interestingly forced the relocation of the front turn-signals. To make room for the scoops, the factory moved the turn signals in about a foot! You won’t see this on your average Olds! This car really moves and you can feel the power as you shift through all four gears! From the handsome black bench seats to the clean trunk, this 4-4-2 means business and is ready for its next adventure. Call us today to learn more information and make this beauty yours! Additional features include rebuilt side-tachometer, brand new brake and fuel lines, seat belts, battery kill switch and Posi-rear with 4:11 gears. To view this 1966 Oldsmobile 4-4-2 in greater detail, including HD pictures and an HD video, visit www.GatewayClassicCars.com or our Philadelphia showroom located in West Deptford, NJ. Engine: 8.3L V10Transmission: AutomaticMileage: 55,503 ( actual )
For sale at Gateway Classic Cars in our St. Louis showroom is a fire breathing 2005 Dodge SRT 10 crew cab pick up. Power for this venomous 1500 comes from the Dodge Viper in V10 form. Stock, these trucks were not to mess with because they're equipped with 500 horsepower. However, this one is not stock. The heads were pulled, a thinner head gasket installed for a small bump in compression, new MOPAR slow bleed lifters, new pushrods, valve springs, new camshaft, Screamin Demon coils, wires and an ARP head stud kit. If that isn't enough, there's also a 150 shot of nitrous oxide ready to make this into a 600+ horsepower animal, or should I say reptile. Crew cab form allows you take a few more passengers that are brave enough to ride in this overpowered Super truck. Shifting is smooth and precise in automatic form. The transmission has also been tweaked with some go fast goodies. A 3,000 stall convertor, triple disc billet torque converter with billet solenoids. There's also a one piece aluminum driveshaft to help reduce drivetrain weight that sends power back to a Dana Super 70 with 4.56 gears, Cal Tracs traction system, headers with 3 inch stainless exhaust and 3 inch catless mid pipe all into a Magna Flow muffler. Due to the lack of a catalytic converter, you should check your local emission's laws for legality. This Viper powered truck isn't just about power, cosmetics were also tended to and include powder coated wheels, painted front splitter with four struts, Candy Apple Brandywine stripes with ghost Viper emblems, all clear coated for long lasting pizazz. Under the hood is more and includes powder coated valve covers, Overflow tanks, A/C condenser brackets, fuse box and radiator covers. The underside of the hood also received a custom airbrushing treatment. This power house truck makes loads of power and is ready to impress.
