Gateway Classic Cars of Tampa is proud to offer this awesome 1953 Ford F100. This ‘53 Ford F100 is the one you have been waiting for. Too often you see cars and trucks that have been personalized past the point of no return. Fortunately, that is not the case with this truck. Looking at this beautiful fire engine red truck is like an artist looking at an open idea. You can leave it the way it is and have loads of fun, or modify it to your liking. The overall stock look is very appealing with the bright red paint and black running boards. The simplistic chrome “dog dish” hub caps and painted steel wheels takes you down memory lane. There is just enough chrome displayed to add to the look, but not take away from the nostalgic feel. You don’t run into these 1953 Ford F100’s in this type of shape often.
The simple basic feel carries right over into the light brown vinyl bench seat interior. This truck makes you want to hop in, drive to a huge open field, and sip a tall glass of lemonade. With only a few knobs and switches on the inside, the bright chrome gauge cluster captures your eyes showing speedometer, oil pressure, volts, water temp, and fuel.
Powering this classic F100 is a Ford 289 “Y” block mated to a 3-speed manual transmission. Adding to the vintage package is the fact that it is “three on the tree.” It doesn’t get much better than this when it comes to a pure throwback classic. If it’s too tame for you, let your imagination run wild. The best thing about this 1953 Ford F100 is the fact you know exactly what you’re dealing with. Options include Spare Tire, Vinyl Interior, Radial Tires, and a Wood Slat truck bed.
Don’t miss your opportunity to take a trip down memory lane. There is still plenty of country roads out there to explore and car shows to pull up to.

We are very proud to offer for sale at our Saint Louis Gateway Classic Cars Showroom this stunning 1955 Ford Thunderbird. This is a great example of a very well restored 1st year Thunderbird. The smooth running 292 fires right up and idles smoothly. Equipment includes Power steering, Power brakes and Power windows. It is painted in an eye catching red over two tone red and white interior with a matching red hard top. Adding to the pop and shimmer is a set of radial wide white wall tires wrapped around a set of wire wheel hub caps for a very classy look. Power from the 292 is sent through a smooth shifting automatic transmission. The odometer is showing 88,393 with roughly 3,000 since the rebuild. The Thunderbird was Ford’s answer to the Corvette and they ended up selling 23 of them to every Corvette in 1955. This almost put an end to the Corvette until the Thunderbird went another route in 1958 and leaned more towards the luxury market by adding a couple of more seats. The first-generation Thunderbird will always be a recognizable car and who can forget Suzanne Sommers driving a white T-Bird in American Graffiti? Now available in our DFW-Showroom is this 1955 iconic Ford Thunderbird! The Thunderbird was considered a more dignified, personal luxury cruiser during its release. It had roll-up windows and standard V-8 power, both things that were not available on the first Corvettes in the 50’s. Other features included a removable fiberglass top, a fabric convertible top, and fender skirts for the rear wheels. There was one engine for the first 1955 T-Birds, and it was the 292 cid Y-Block V-8 fitted with a single four-barrel carburetor. With the standard 3-speed manual transmission, this engine made 193 horsepower, and with the optional Ford-o-Matic transmission, it made 198 horses. The exhaust pipes for the Thunderbird were integrated into the rear fascia and above the rear bumper, giving it an unmistakable Jet-Age look. This Thunderbird has a production date of, October 23rd-1954 and is one of the first 500 Thunderbirds manufactured! It still has the original 292 cu in Y-block V8 with a 3-speed manual, plus overdrive transmission. According to the owner, who’s owned it for the last 21 + years, this car has only 81,000 original miles! Other original parts to this vehicle include- Original Hardtop, Fender-skirts, Power seat, and Original AM radio for aesthetic purposes- (which isn’t functioning due to a 12-volt conversion). Other upgraded features include: Halogen headlights, LED tail lights, Interior seat, foam, door panels, carpet, dash cover, hardtop-headliner, H.D. radiator, 6 blade fan, 12-volt electrical conversion, Pertronics ignition, alternator, Holly 4000 barrel carburetor totally rebuilt, radial tires, and a space-saver spare. This is a strong running and great driving vehicle. If you’re looking a for a Thunderbird you can take out on the road and enjoy a cruise, look no further, you’ve found it! Got Milk? Up for sale in the Atlanta showroom is a 1952 Ford Panel Truck. Very original except for the sculpted carpet in the back, recently shampooed, smells nice. Built for service, panel trucks filled the need for milk delivery, (glass bottles in 1952), ice cream, and any number of goods needing an enclosed platform. Well this Panel Truck for sale is no exception. There is no telling what has been in this truck but we’re pretty sure that this truck made a smooth transition into the sixties and seventies as the choice mode of transportation for followers of the flower power movement. Now widely used as a Hot Rod platform or in many instances, advertising. This is a great example of a truck that is poised to return to glory either in an original restored condition or whatever you desire. Maybe some flames. Regardless of your plans, this truck for sale is very solid rust-free candidate for restoration. To view the truck in greater detail with over 100 HD photos and a running driving video visit us at email@example.com or call the showroom at 678-894-4833

This 1960 Ford Thunderbird is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. The 1960 Thunderbird was the last year for what is now known as the Square birds. A rather distinctly different car than original baby birds as the second-generation cars are much bigger and can seat 4 adults comfortably. This beautiful red example has gone through a pain staking restoration with the finished Bird being one the best I have seen. Lugged out of a junk yard 15 years ago this was a solid bird to begin with. The red paint was laid down nice and smooth with the result looking like glass. The trim and chrome on the car are exceptionally clean and remind you why these birds are classic late 50’s. Those classic wire knock offs are the perfect fit on this 60 Bird. Under the hood you will find a very clean engine bay that is as clean as they come. The period corrects 352 with its true to form yellow valve covers really putting their exclamation point under the hood. The Cruise-O-Matic 3 speed is a smooth shifting transmission that handles all the power of the 352 with ease. Inside this plush 4-seater a fresh interior has been done in red and white vinyl making for a great contrast. The middle console that flows into the back separating the buckets is one of the coolest features to come in a factory car. If you have been wanting to get yourself into a square bird that is flashy and luxurious this one must be on your list. Options on this 1960 Bird include, AM Radio, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Vinyl Interior and Knock Off Wheels wrapped in Bias PLY White Wall Tires. To view this car in full detail with HD pictures and video on this 1960 Ford Thunderbird call our Louisville showroom at (812)-294-1555, or email us at Louisville@Gatewayclassiccars.com
