Finished in bright red paint with gray rally wheels and white wall radial tires, black bumpers, and chrome trim, it's retains the classic lines XJ-S is known for. The interior compliments the paint with tan leather buckets, a crack free, black console and dash, plus features such as AM/FM/Cassette, air conditioning, power windows, power locks, power brakes, power steering, telescopic steering wheel, etc. Under the hood is an unexpected surprise in the form a 454ci big block V8 mated to a GM TH400 3-speed automatic transmission. Power is put to the ground through an independent rear suspension with 3.23 gears. This engine combo is far more reliable and ALOT quicker than the inline six it replaced. The odometer of this car reads just over 87k miles, but the seller is unsure when the drivetrain swap was completed.
