The TD was introduced in January 1950 and combined the TC's drivetrain, and the MG Y-type chassis to produce the new model. Production ran until 1953 with approximately 30,000 total. This TD is powered by the 1,250 CC engine with a 4-speed transmission. This 1951 TD has a grey exterior and a grey interior.
