Walking around this Mercury one should notice the Candy Apple Red Metallic paint, bumpers removed, chrome grille, chrome headlight bezzles, chrome trim, split front window, 15” wheels with chrome baby moons in the front and chrome beauty ring in the rear wrapped in radial tires, and window tint. The interior flows well with the paint theme sporting gray cloth seats, gray carpeting, and gray door panels. The current owner claims to have replaced the door panels and headliner. Powering this two-door sedan is claimed to be a 239 CID Flathead V8 engine that is mated to a 3-speed manual transmission. The current owner also claims to have also changed this to a 12-volt system, replaced the gas tank, new oil pan gasket, replaced the rear seal in the transmission, and installed an emergency brake since owning it.
