In 1964, the second-generation Mercury Comet was offered in multiple trim levels – Cyclone, Caliente, 404 and 202. The Caliente was a package aimed at adding niceties like deluxe carpeting and extra chrome. This Comet Caliente is yellow with a brown interior.
