This '66 Mustang is powered by its original 289 V8 with 225 HP backed by the original C4 3-speed automatic transmission. Options on this 1966 Ford Mustang GT include: AM/FM Radio, Pony Interior, Power Steering and Powder Coated Cragar SS Wheels. The engine and transmission were rebuilt on this original GT classic less than 8545 miles ago. During the restoration the Pony interior was updated along with the headliner, dash pad, door panels, carpet and gauges. The brakes, gas tank, fuel lines, radiator and heater core were replaced during the restoration as well. Because this is an original GT the classic is optioned with the GT gauge cluster, 4 barrel carburetor, stiffer springs and dual exhaust. The Mustang has always been an American icon and the Mustang GT has always been highly sought after by collectors. This 1966 Ford Mustang GT looks the part in red with a black vinyl top and matching Pony interior.
