Gateway Classic Cars Milwaukee is excited to present this 1981 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray. The Corvette is as American as apple pie. With over 60 years of production and eight design changes the Corvette has withstood the test of time. In 1953 the first Corvette rolled off the assembly line becoming the most popular sports car in history. The excitement continues as the first mid-engine Corvette rolled of the assembly line in 2020.

The C3 Corvette was produced from 1967-1982. It featured a new body and interior. The Stingray nameplate made a comeback in 1969. In 1981 the L48 and L82 was replaced with L81 350 V-8 engine producing 190hp. A chrome air cleaner lid and magnesium valve covers were used to dress up the engine compartment. This 1981 Corvette is painted in iconic white with a sporty red leather interior. T-Tops and factory alloy wheels add to this Corvettes good looks. Under the hood is the L81 350 V-8 attached to a three-speed automatic transmission. Comfort features include air conditioning, AM/FM/cd radio, cruise control, power windows. power locks, power seats, power steering and power brakes.
