Gateway Classic Cars Milwaukee is excited to present this 1968 Mustang. The Mustang has been a phenomenon since its introduction in 1964. Considered Fords longest running production car as the nameplate is still used today. With over one million units sold in the first two years the Mustang is truly an American success story. Leading competitors were quick to get into the pony car craze including the Chevrolet Camaro, Pontiac Firebird and AMC Javelin.

This 1968 Mustang is painted in dark green accented with a meaty set of Rev five-spoke alloy wheels and silver racing stripes running down the lower side panels. The black vinyl interior sports bucket seats with a custom center console. Added interior features include an aftermarket gauge package, wood steering wheel, and roll bar. Under the hood of this beauty is a 302 Ford Racing V-8, featuring a turbocharged blower and fuel injection. The transmission is a T5 five-speed manual. Additional options include power steering and Wilwood disk brakes in the front and disk brakes in the rear Running through the gears in this Mustang powerhouse is a truly exhilarating experience.
