Gateway Classic Cars of San Antonio/Austin is proud to offer this 1991 Toyota Celica GT finished in red with a black convertible top. The Celica sports car was produced for seven generations beginning in 1971, and the fifth-generation model came to market in 1990 with more rounded design elements than prior iterations. The fuel-injected twin-cam 2.2-liter 5S-FE inline-4 was rated at 130 horsepower and 140 lb-ft of torque when new. Power is fed to the front wheels via a smooth shifting 4-speed automatic transaxle. The cabin is outfitted with gray patterned cloth bucket seats up front and a bench in the rear, offset by darker materials for the dash, door panels, center console, and steering wheel. Amenities include cruise control, an aftermarket CD/stereo, power windows, intermittent windshield wipers, and cold blowing air conditioning. A four-spoke airbag steering wheel frames a 120-mph speedometer, an 8K-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges for the coolant temperature and fuel level.
