With that Ford set out to work and under their Mercury banner debuted the Cougar, a gentleman’s muscle car. The Cougar would become Mercury’s greatest success and see 8 generations spanning 34 years! The paint in in very nice shape and the black vinyl top looks new. The black vinyl interior looks lightly used. As it should as the restoration occurred within the last few years.
