Our St Louis Showroom is proud to offer this 1978 Volkswagen Transporter Van for sale. This '78 VW Bus has been owned by the same owner for 10 years. In that time he has enjoyed driving it and repairing parts when they wear out. It is powered by a freshly rebuilt 1600cc 4-cylinder boxer engine backed by a 4-speed manual transmission. The engine has just 2,000 miles on it since the complete rebuild. The Van was also recently painted on the lower green portion and some light rust was repaired to get the body back to its former glory. Inside are several boxes full of new interior parts that could be installed to take this bus build to the next level. This van gets tons of attention and runs and drives great.
