Our St Louis Showroom is proud to offer for sale this 1971 Ford Ranch Wagon. This full size wagon is in great running and driving condition and needs nothing but a new owner. Unlike the previous generation of ranch wagons, this one comes equipped with a 351 V8 engine. The added power from the v8 really woke these wagons up and pushed them into a larger market. On top of the power, Ford made sure you could fit plenty of “stuff" in the back. The inside of this vehicle is extremely spacious. The hatch is versatile in that it opens both down and sideways for ease of loading. If you pull back the carpeting in the trunk you will find an additional storage compartment that is about the size of a suitcase. All of this means that practicality is high on the list of selling factors with this ride. The other selling factor is the overall condition and drivability of this car. The drivetrain feels very solid and the suspension is nice and comfortable for those long trips. Even for todays standards, this car is a great cruiser.
