Powered by a Briggs and Stratton engine with a Selectable Forward and Reverse transmission. Green exterior. Brown interior.
With the end of WWII Midget Motor Corporation decided to take a chance at making a micro car. In 1946 the King Midget debuted with the catchy phrase '500lb car for $500. ' The King Midget brough in a steady stream of customers, see 3 different models, and would see production all the way until 1970. This example is from '54 and is a Model II. The green paint is in good condition and is a nice color for this car. The black top is also in good shape and looks good against the exterior color. Inside is a comfortable brown vinyl bench seat that is in good order. The wood paneling is a nice touch. Powering this model is a Briggs & Stratton engine believed to be 19hp.
