Easing into the 50s Buick was looking to cover more market segments and added the Skylark to the Roadmasters lineup. After that it moved under the Buick Special line but wouldn't become its own model until 1962. The Skylark nameplate would see 6 generations up until 1998. This sharp example is a '63, second year of the Skylark as its own model and the last year of its generation. The white paint against the chrome with the red automatic Convertible soft top really commands your attention. Aesthetically this car is very appealing to the eye. As it should be with the extensive work she has received; more on that shortly. The red vinyl interior matches the roof and is in great condition. Per the owner, under the hood is a rebuilt 215ci V8 backed by a rebuilt 2-Speed Automatic. The radiator and carburetor were also rebuilt. The car runs and drives out very well!
