1927 was a pivotal year for the auto industry. Henry would bring out his Model A which was an evolution of the Model T. The Chevrolet capitol would be the first real competition for Ford making this a do or die move. Priced right inline with the Model A the Capitol would steal a pretty good piece of the market from ole Henry. This example has had a full frame of restoration to what you would expect to see back in the 20s. This Capitol is not a kit, it is a true '27 Roadster and is a original California car! The green paint looks good with the black accenting it perfectly. The steel rims are correct and with the tires being tall and skinny which was due to the roads not being paved. There is even a spare tire on the back just in case you don't have AAA. Under the hood is the 4 cylinder that really brought Chevrolet into the main stream.
