This beautiful truck has been in the same family since 1940. When it was passed down to the second generation, the truck was fully restored (in 2001). The body was stripped and straightened. The paint is a deep glossy black and really shows off the lines on this truck. The bed is lined with beautifully stained wood which looks wonderful. The original drive train was rebuilt and has only traveled about 1,000 miles since. The flat head V8 engine makes a great sound and gives plenty of power for cruising around town. The first time you see this truck it will steal your heart. After some detours and 76 years later the F1 found it's way to our showroom in sunny South Florida, and we are very happy to have it here. The truck underwent a frame off restoration in 1985 and still shows very well. You can tell that the past proud owners of this piece of American History took real good care of the F1. The acrylic paint has a patina on an all steel body. The interior is just clean and beautiful. For sure this is one of the best color schemes in combination with the white wall tires.
