1948 Dodge Pickup
View Description
While there is nothing better than talking about a truck that carries the heritage of the brand name in terms of how well they build a truck, this 48' takes things in a different direction by having the looks but having the functionality of something more modern. This truck is comprised of a 1948 Dodge body and Pickup box but is actually built on the frame and suspension of a later model Dakota. The Dodge shows nicely in a shade of blue that is bound to catch anyone's eye at a moments glance when paired with the aluminum aftermarket wheels. When you pop the hood you notice that this has been outfitted with a 340 cubic inch LA V8 which produces 480hp paired with a 727 Torqueflight 3-speed automatic which transfers all this power back to a Chrysler 9. 25' 6 lug rear axle. Interior of this beauty has been done by Inside Rides...
