1954 Mercury Monterey
View Description
The Mercury Monterey is a full-size car model that was introduced by Mercury in 1952. The Monterey was introduced as a high-end two-door coupe as part of the Mercury Eight series in the same vein as the Ford Crestliner, the Lincoln Lido coupe and the Lincoln Cosmopolitan Capri coupe in order to compete with the hardtop coupes General Motors had introduced the previous model year. Standard features included rose colored fabric seats, wool carpets, chrome-plated interior garnish moldings, two-toned dashboard, special black steering wheel, fender skirts, dual outside rearview mirrors, full wheel covers & chrome hood ornament. The rose colored exterior with champagne top and matching interior makes this rare vehicle desirable to look at from every angle. This Monterey has amazing curb appeal and will launch you right back into the 50's. She looks as good in person as she does in the pictures. Options include: Radio, AM Radio, white wall tires, cloth interior, and chrome...
