Very few of these utility vehicles of the past survive. Like many cult classics wagons in the US don't get the same attention as trucks or 'traditional' muscle. Once in awhile a really good example comes along, and this one appears to be just that!
The owner opted for the 351 Windsor and 4 speed automatic to get rebuilt as part of the process. The original drive train did not make the cut. Creature comforts and drivability took the reigns over originality and perfection.
The rear end is a polite and mannered 3. 50:1 posi-traction unit making this an ideal classic for the car show circuit, local daily driver, or whatever you want it to be! For suspension improvements the front end has a Mustang II style front end making the driving experience quite confident!
