The 1960 Thunderbird was the last year for what is now known as the Square birds. A rather distinctly different car than original baby birds as the second-generation cars are much bigger and can seat 4 adults comfortably. This beautiful red example has gone through a pain staking restoration with the finished Bird being one the best I have seen. Lugged out of a junk yard 15 years ago this was a solid bird to begin with. The red paint was laid down nice and smooth with the result looking like glass. The trim and chrome on the car are exceptionally clean and remind you why these birds are classic late 50's. Those classic wire knock offs are a nice fit on this 60 Bird.
