Part of the GM A-body platform, the Chevelle was one of Chevrolet's most successful nameplates and the Super Sport versions were produced through the 1973 model year. This chrome bumper beauty is equipped with a 396 cubic inch V8 that has been bored over for more horsepower. This engine is very powerful & has a great rumble with the Hooker headers and true dual exhaust. Very smooth drive with a Muncie transmission topped off with a Hurst shifter and 3. 55 rear end. This 67 Chevelle SS has an eye popping red exterior with the original seats and red interior with very touchy accents of chrome in all the right places. The Chevelle has a great stance and look with an awesome set of Weld chrome rims wrapped in BF Goodrich radial tires 265/50/15's in the front and 275/60/15's on the rear. Restoration on this car was very period correct all the way down to the trunk with splatter paint and Hounds Tooth trunk mat and spare tire cover.
