1969 Cadillac Eldorado

The Cadillac Eldorado was produced from 1952 through 2002 through ten different generations. The 1969 model is of the eighth generation. There were some design upgrades in 1968 with more crisp and distinctive angular touches including a new cross hatch grill. The interior received a new dash that brought more display in front of the driver for better view of the controls and gauges. Power brakes and variable ratio steering was standard along with power windows and front disc brakes being added in 1969.
Our 1969 example is powered by a 472ci 7. 7L V8 with a 4 BBL carb yielding 375hp in a front wheel drive configuration mated to a three speed automatic transmission. The sharp exterior design has been refinished in a sparkling black metallic finish with a hand painted Cadillac Crest on the front hood edge and matching red accents around the body for an elegant touch. The door handles have been redone in a smooth pop out handle set up that adds to the clean look overall that this Eldorado presents.
