1973 Rolls Royce Corniche

In the early 1970's the Corniche was extremely difficult to come by and those who were fortunate enough to acquire one treasured them. This motorcar came from the estate of a Rolls Royce enthusiast who meticulously maintained it both cosmetically and mechanically. It has only been driven a pampered 62,456 miles.
It is finished in a beautiful English White with stylish Sable Brown Connolly hide leather interior with beautiful burled walnut woodwork highlights. It is fitted with the all-aluminum Rolls Royce V8 dual carbureted engine along with the 3-speed automatic transmission. Again, this was a time where the engines were tested by setting them on a bench and running them for 24 hours. Using a stethoscope to detect imperfections, engines would be rejected if they did not meet the Rolls Royce criteria.
