1976 MG B

View Description

Although originally produced and shipped from the factory in our bicentennial year of 1976 this Mgb should be called a 2018 Mgb as this car has been completely gone through. The owner tells me he invested over 30,000 in this car and it shows in spades! I do not believe you can find a nicer Mgb anywhere. They rebirth began by cutting any suspect metal out and welding fresh metal in its place. New floor pans, both doors and the left front fender where just replace with new ones, then the entire car was skimmed, sanded, primed and painted a beautiful red. The engine was gone through and well almost everything under the hood is new or rebuilt! Even the suspension has had tons of money spent on it. It is almost like he tried to set a record on the most money you can spend of rebuilding a MG, where is the Guinness book of records when you need them? Now for some of the extras, yep extras....

1976 MG MGB

View Description

The MGB is a two-door sports car manufactured and marketed from 1962 until 1980 by the British Motor Corporation (BMC), later the Austin-Morris division of British Leyland, as a four-cylinder, soft-top sports car. It was announced and its details first published on 19 September 1962. All MGBs were fitted with 11-inch (280 mm) solid (non-ventilated) disc brakes on the front with drum brakes on the rear. The front brake calipers were manufactured by Lockheed and used two pistons per caliper. A single-circuit hydraulic system was used before 1968 when dual-circuit (separate front and rear systems) were installed on all MGBs to comply with US regulations. Servo assistance (power brakes) was not standard until 1975. Powering this pretty blue MG is a Inline 4 Cylinder backed by a 4-Speed Manual transmission....

1976 MG MGB

View Description

This sharp little MG has been enjoyed by the same owner for the past 20 plus years and is finally available for someone else to add it to their own collection. This isn't your everyday 4 cylinder and 4 speed; the owner has made performance upgrades during its restoration that makes this one peppy British sports car. Pilmer Motors out of New York added a Webber Carburetor, Kent Road Cam, Aluminum Heads, headers, an electronic ignition, electric fuel pump, front air dam, and so much more! Repainted by Diannes High Gloss Paint Shop in a gloss Red with gray decals, this MG lacks zero appeal. Upgraded exterior items include a replaced tan manual soft top with a roll bar and cover, splash guards, chrome luggage rack, and even chrome 14' wire wheels with radial tires. The interior was redone as well with Biscuit or tan vinyl interior, a Mahogany steering wheel, Burlwood Dash, AM/FM radio, and so...
