By 1979, over 21,000,000 Beetles had been produced. To commemorate the end of such a long run, VW made 900 Epilogue Edition cabriolets which were to be the last ever Beetles to roll off the line. The 1979 model year was the last year for the convertible Beetle which makes this car even more desirable.
